If there's any problems and you report it via e-mail, i got a quick reply that my message was sent to the correct handling group, that replied shortly after.
Asked for my order confirmation PDF file and pictures.
Described the issue, attached some pictures and was presented a solution (money back or a new product).
I recommend buying from Louis due to their professional way of handling product issues.
Köpte olja, filter och tändstift. När paketet kom fram så var hela paketet dränkt av olja.
Skulle göra en service på min motorcykel men den fick vänta tills jag hade köpt ny olja från ett annat företag. Otroligt dåligt packat av Louis.

Bought a Nishau helmet and a waterproof Givi bag. The Helmet is very nice and fits me prefect. My head size is 58 cm and I bought a Medium. Fits great. Little tight in the beginning but after 1 hour it is exactly like my requirement for a helmet. Nice fit and feels light and premium. No complaints about the visor function if you mount it carefully and are normally handy. Very good value.

I ordered some stuffs to north Sweden, fast shipping even though it was in the middle of a big holiday.
Nothing to complain about except the size of the carton box, it was twice the size that was necessary for my things.
Not sustainable and hard to handle the package.

The packaging needs to be improved
It would be a good idea to pack the goods in better packing materials as they are handled quite carelessly by the shipping companies.
This time it went well and the handlebars that I ordered were not damaged.
