Just guess on what picture is a bouquet which was advertised and which one was a reality))))
I have to say that the service in general was good. Easy to order and it was delivered on time.
But!!! When you pay for flowers 70 euro, you expect it to be WOW effect (moreover the bouquet was advertised as lux).
The flowers were fresh but not beautifully arranged and the Queen of the bouquet - lilies were too green to bloom (((.

The delivered flower arrangements can differ from those example pictures in appearance and amount of flowers, depending on the season and inventory of the local florist. If a certain flower is not available, it is replaced by a flower with a similar colour and shape.
The local florists are always delivering arrangements that look as much as possible like the example picture online, and at all times match the flower value paid.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit Euroflorist.
Der gelieferte Blumenstrauß entsprach optisch deutlich nicht dem Strauß, den ich bestellt hatte. Es geht dabei nicht um den Austausch einzelner Blumen, sondern um den gesamten Eindruck des Bouquets, der wesentlich schlichter war als auf der Website dargestellt. Das war besonders unangenehm, da der Strauß als Geschenk gedacht war.
Noch enttäuschender als die Lieferung selbst war jedoch der Umgang mit meiner Reklamation. Obwohl ich Vergleichsfotos des bestellten und des gelieferten Straußes eingereicht habe, erhielt ich lediglich standardisierte Antworten. Auf meine eigentlichen Argumente wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen wurde immer wieder betont, dass die Blumen frisch seien und dem Wert entsprächen – das war jedoch nie der Gegenstand meiner Beschwerde.
Als Kundin hätte ich erwartet, dass mein Anliegen individuell geprüft und ernst genommen wird. Leider hatte ich den Eindruck, dass meine Reklamation pauschal abgelehnt wurde, ohne die offensichtlichen Unterschiede zu berücksichtigen.
Aus diesem Grund kann ich Euroflorist leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Flowers arrived on time but completely off from the photos. I expected the colors to be the pastel colors but instead we received flowers that were very far off.
