All plants were slightly damaged during delivery. The leaves were torn apart. Also two plants had some dead leaves that fell off. I hope they will recover. The plant were packaged with care, but seems not enough for delivery in a box. I'd recommend securing them even better.

All the plants arrived very well wrapped and with plenty of water. I knew that the laurus trees will be 11 cm and both trees were different sizes anyway. However, the Jasminoides were a real disappointment. One of the plants looked as if the branches had been cut and it was very very small ( half of the size the other jasminoide plant). If I knew about it I would have not bought them from you.

Delivery took longer than advised and there were no updates on DPD tracker from 4th June until 9th June. Customer Service did not respond to emails until 4 days and on actual day of delivery. Plants however were excellent and would buy again for this reason. Just need to improve their customer service response.

Do not worry once soaked the bare roots will grow normally the product is guaranteed to 31/10/2020. If you have any issue with this product send please photos evidence to our customer service.

I’m not too hopeful that the strawberry plants will live, it was supposed to be 3 in a pack, and I lost 2 because they were so small when I was replanting them

I will see how the seeds will grow into plants but they look good and expiring date is in 2/3 years which is great. Fast delivery. The seeds were shipped in a big box..probably shipping in a smaller envelop would have been better to save shipping costs for the customer...

DPD Ireland accept only boxes we are not allow to send anything in envelop, this this the reason why delivery rates are €9,95 for Ireland.

The shrubs were in very bad condition. Not fit for purpose. They had wrotted with excess water and some had whithered The compost on two were all over the plastic bag. Appeared to have some bad travel handelling. Anne Newton

The products were shipped in a cardboard box which was 20 times too big for the size of the contents.

Delivery and communication about order was very good. However the state of some of the products was poor. All of the hydrangeas, in two different orders seems to have been picked from the worst crop in the supplier centre. Very little foliage on them and the smaller ones that had more, some of the leaves were brown, falling off and some stems broken. Disappointing.

I received my order today and thought the packing was fine. However I had ordered 3 Picea gluaca Alberta Globe and one was brown 50% and another was 40% brown and not what I would pay for in a garden centre. I cannot believe you would have dispatched these two plants in this distressed state. The Maiko I ordered looks weak with withered leaves and will revert to you if this plant does not improve

We know from experience that the plants do recover after watering and 48 hours in the fresh air. Rest assured that your order is guaranteed if the plant(s) don’t recover and establish in your garden. Please include a photo to support your claim

I ordered 5 plants. The 2 indoor plants are okay. But 2 of the apple trees were in a very poor condition. The delivery took longer than normal probably because of covit 19 but I doubt they were in a good condition before they were packed.

Give the trees some days to recover from transit, please.They will appreciate immediately fresh air and water if they do not recover after few weeks once planted send photos evidence to our customer service we will be happy to replace or to refund.
