Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet . Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.

The most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Received plants in spring that were supposed to be plug plants, young specimen but were obviously very old and had bern kept in the pots a year too long and had gotten woody. They were nothing like the sane type of plabt i had previously recieved from them. I couldn't plant them so I asked to return for a refund and they were not forthcoming eventually they agreed. I told they they could puck up the plants as I needed to buy new ones. They said they couldn't afford to pick them up. I placed an order this week, they cancelled it twice without any correspondence and when I enquired I got a nasty letter from them telling me they wouldn't sell to me because I forced the guarantee, demanded a refunding and kept the products. I used the guarantee this offer and now they have blacklisted me. The email and all the transactions have been poorly eroded and very unprofessional

Received my plants as per order and in good condition (well watered) and well packaged as they were in transit for 5 days because of the bank holiday weekend! Shipping took longer than expected as I was expecting it from Ireland and couldn't find my tracking information using the DPD IE website. A small improvement would be to include the NL DPD website along with tracking number in the order summary confirmation. Good communication when I had a query about my order.

Plants mostly good quality, one batch had small amount of root growth, but have just planted them and they may be fine. Tracking system does not really work, plants arrived quite quickly but no information about timing at all on tracking system. Timing of delivery Netherlands to Ireland often better than from Irish suppliers.

The time was good and the delivery was good. Of course it's difficult to say how these plants will grow as they are dormant at this time. The rose roots were a bit smaller that I expected, but time will tell when it's time to hydrate and plant them.

Plants are great but not in Ireland

It would have been 5 stars as the plants arrived healthy, but I chose an Irish site to support Irish business and found out during the shipping process that they aren't in Ireland at all. Overseas companies shouldn't be allowed to have .ie websites.

It is no secret that we are based in Holland, our physical address is on the site and we also explain on our site who we are, where we ship from, how and our passion for plants. We have been selling our products to Ireland for more than 20 years and pay our taxes (VAT) in your country, which brings in foreign currency and helps the country's economy.

Competitive prices - not Irish grown

Good website. Prices good (delivery add on expensive). Nice range. Cleverly packaged with dormant species etc. could be clearer it is shipped from Netherlands on site. Some items weren’t potted surprisingly so will see how they do.

plant arrived well packed and protected - quick delivery understood it to be a red acer, it arrived green, presume it turns red, but no explanation dpd 9delivery company gave no advance warning of delivery.

Our confirmation email with tracking arrived probably in your spams or deleted items. The acer that you ordered is a young specimen which will take its red tint as the text of the site indicates.

Arrived quickly, plants were in good order, well packaged inside the box so not to get damaged. Delivery was punctual. The box itself could do with another bit of sellotape. Thank you very much!

Great plants but could do much better at packaging them for delivery. Plants arrived some looking more worse for wear than others. They have survived but have been slightly damaged.

Plants arrived 1 week after I ordered them. They're in excellent condition but a lot smaller than anticipated for the price and not as big as the website photograph.

Packaging and instructions were excellent. 4 days for delivery is too long for a 14.50 charge, knowing that DPD deliver in 24 hours for everyone else often for less

Plants did not look in the best state. But I am sure I’ll get them going again. That did arrive in a good time and well packaged.

At the end of September with 10ºC at night and 14ºC during the day, perennials, shrubs and trees grown outside are not visually attractive which is quite normal. Plants will sacrifice their foliage in order to prepare for winter. Do not worry they are 100% guaranteed.

The leaves of Yucca tree were a bit damaged by packaging although I'm not sure if there is a solution to that

Don't worry the products you bought are grown outside all year around and therefore dormant. Once spring arrives everything will grow, the order is guaranteed until May 1st 2023.

Delivery partner DPD delivered the box upside down. 30 plants were uprooted from their pots.
