You won’t be disappointed! Lovely selection! Always good stuff!!!!
The only think is the tracker, in my experience, it might not be the case for everyone, they never show the right information, so I never know when I will get my coffee box. Sometimes it’s on the 27th other times it’s on the 23th.
Even with that said, they deserve more than 5 stars!!!!

We're in constant contact with the shipping company to see if they can improve the information displayed on the tracking page but it's really challenging as the post received its tracking information from many other postal companies around the world and everyone has different information. We always give an estimate so we can provide at least some reference but if you want a more reliable shipping service, we recommend our Fedex Option. But thank you for your 5 stars! :)

The coffee is not always as good as promised, there are really good ones and very normal ones which makes it an expensive subscription. Also not always funky and fruity as I make the choice during the registration.

We do not offer the option to choose your flavour preferences every month. This is not possible given that we source our coffees based on what's available fresh every season.
If you expected that you would always receive a specific type of coffee, then you must have misread what is says on our website.
Bear in mind, we source three coffees from three brilliant roasters every month that we ship to hundreds of customers around the world. We need to find coffees that everyone will like.
