I ordered a replacement part based on the options provided on the website, but the item I received was not compatible with my appliance. Communication with customer support was also very confusing, as the responses in Slovak appeared to be machine-translated, which led to several misunderstandings. Since the company sent the wrong part, I believe they should have covered the costs of correcting their mistake. Instead, I was told that if I wanted the correct item, I had to place a new order for another part, pay to return the incorrect part, and also cover the shipping costs to Belgium. In other words, I have had spend an additional €20 on shipping because of their error. To make matters worse, they informed me that the 14-day return period did not mean the package simply had to be shipped within 14 days—it actually had to arrive in Belgium within that time. This meant I would have needed to pay even more for faster shipping just to meet their deadline. Overall, I found the customer service rude and unhelpful. If a company chooses to do business in Slovakia and makes a mistake, customers should at least be able to return the item locally within Slovakia rather than being forced to pay expensive international return shipping. I would not recommend this company.
