Ordering knives from the UK I found the process to be very easy and straightforward, experiencing no problems at all. My knives are on their way to me after a very brief delay due to restocking, so not a "real" delay(!).

I bought and paid for nail clippers on 31st August. The clippers didn't arrive and Solingen failed to respond to my first enquiry on 16th September so I emailed again on 23rd September. They said my package was in the UK, gave me a shipment number which DHL tracking didn't recognise and have left me stuck with the problem. Lousy customer care from what I'd always considered a good company.
