The delivery process has been a trouble and I haven't received the delivery yet. Products must be perfect but the delivery process is really bad. Firstly, the driver came but he didn't knock the door loud enough and I missed it. Then I was offered an option to choose an alternative pickup location, so I chose a local shop to pick it up on 17th. FedEx website said that shop was open till 11pm but in fact the shopkeeper said he closes the shop at 7.30pm. Then I got a separate notification that the shipper changed the delivery date again to Monday 20th. It means that you changed it again without letting me know. I still don't know where it will be delivered, whether to my home address or the local shop I chose for pickup.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, the delivery process is handled by FedEx, which means we do not have direct control over it. Normally, we do not experience issues with FedEx deliveries, so this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

They are beautiful! The navy blue has so much depth. I love the blue valentine to go with my flower fountain mug that I bought in Amersfoort years ago. Shipping to the US was also great and well packaged.

Ordered close to 500 euros of products with delivery time on fedex stated as 1-3 days.. 5 days later the product was not despatched although my online account stated it was processing- in the end called to ask what was happening .. apparently system did not pick up order ..?? The purchase was a gift for my mother turning 75.. no sense of urgency or sincere apology from staff .. product is arriving more than 10 days later .. express service also not offered as per conversation with lady who took my call
