Since I am from Slovakia, it also seems too expensive to me - the payment for the delivery of goods from other companies, for example from Switzerland or Italy, is only five euros. Lerros is excellent – great product quality and very fast response. The problem starts with the shipping. In the Czech Republic, DHL hands parcels over to Czech Post, and the service is terrible. The couriers simply do not attempt delivery to the address (I have a doorbell with a memory log, so I can verify this), and they never leave a notification in the mailbox. Unfortunately, this is standard practice, and the arrogance of Czech Post seems to know no bounds. Instead, customers have to check the Czech Post website to find out where their parcel has been taken and then spend a long time waiting at the post office to collect it. Paying €13 for shipping and receiving this level of service is simply unacceptable.

Wide selection, good prices. When shipping my order abroad, Lerros failed to include a phone number and made a mistake in the address. For these reasons, my order was not delivered and was returned to the store. I had to place the order again, and the same mistakes were made again, but thanks to my persistence and tracking the shipment, I was able to resolve the issue with the shipping company in the destination country.

Im very satisfied with quality of jacket. Its design is very modern and eye catching. Project is well thought and comfortable. Only the main zipper is stucking sometimes. Need to look close at it why. I recommend and will look at another products from Lerros.
