I RECOMMEND despite a small slip-up
I ordered two watches that were supposed to arrive the next day. In essence, shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating that we are doing what we can, but the order's fulfillment might be slightly delayed. It’s understandable, May holiday, maybe half the team is on vacation. Then an email came saying, unfortunately, one of the ordered watches is not in stock. Well, I think it's understandable... it happens. I received one watch. And for the one that wasn't available, I received a refund WITHOUT ANY TROBLEM. So inventory status needs improvement. The rest is perfectly fine. Despite a small slip-up, I RECOMMEND.

The watch in the presentation is different; what I received is similar but not identical! I wouldn't be surprised if it's a fake! I'm a person with money, but I'm cautious. My intention was to buy another much more expensive watch, and I wanted to see how serious you are, that's why I chose this model, which I wear to work, where I didn't wear one before. Surely, the watch I want, I won't buy through you. I'm not an enthusiast, but I also have an old Atlantic, mechanical, inherited from my grandfather, a Longines Avigation BigEye, bought a year ago, and a Swatch Irony Aluminium from 2003, with which I've done all the ridge trails in this Romania. That's to let you know that I'm not a connoisseur, but what I like, I buy! It's a Timex watch that I like, it's more expensive than what I took now, but I like it, however, I don't trust online commerce, and after the experience with you, it seems my fears are justified.

Full Professionalism
What to write here? That Zegarownia would complete my order quickly and professionally, I rather expected, but the packaging surprised me. A small watch came in a really big box, perfectly secured. Thank you.

The best thing about this store is the possibility to see watches on the wrist. They have almost all watches recorded showing how they look on the wrist. I haven't encountered such an approach anywhere else.

Obchod je výborný a ponúka široký sortiment produktov.
Za nevýhodu však považujem nedostatočnú komunikáciu. E-maily pravdepodobne nikto nečíta, pretože na otázky neprichádzajú žiadne odpovede. Telefonická zákaznícka podpora síce prijme informácie a prisľúbi spätný telefonát s odpoveďou na položenú otázku, no nakoniec sa už nikto neozve.

I really like the very large selection of watches in a wide financial range from cheap to expensive, there's always something to choose from, and after selecting the product and paying, I received the shipment within two days.

The "engraving" option is not clear; it seems that it is engraved directly on the watch, but in fact, a card with a personalized message is printed. It should more correctly state that a greeting card with a message is added, not engraving, which is something entirely different.

Very nice watch for adults and also for kids. My 7-year-old son is very happy. Additionally, we ordered a commemorative engraving for free. Large selection, fast shipping, highly recommend 🙂

Good customer contact. The package I ordered was delayed by one day, however, the store kept informing about the delay status. Upon receiving the package, there was a small gift inside as an apology for the delay.

Very prompt, communicative, and helpful!
Very prompt! I received help and understanding for the delivery of a product that was also engraved, intended to be given as a gift to my father! It arrived sooner than the initially set date, just because I asked for it, and they did everything possible to assist me! It was my first experience with them, a very, very good one! Congratulations to the team!

Police bracelet
The product what a Police bracelet was arrived in a perfect package in an origin Police box. The bracelet is very nice.
The communication with "eóràk" client service is very difficult because they write return to me very late and if I called them, they would not answered.

Very professional!
The Atlantic Timeroy watch, ordered from you, arrived in excellent condition and very promptly. I am very satisfied.
One remark: the strap is short, even for a thin wrist.

I bought the Casio-AQ-S820W-1AVEF watch, but there's no manual in Polish, even though I was given a manual file in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean and many others, a bulky file without meaning. Greetings to Zegarownia.\nA.J.

Thank you for the efficient and quick completion of the order.
Unfortunately, I did not find instructions in Polish in the package.
I was unable to find them online. I received a promise from Zegarkownia to send me these instructions.

DHL no

Jak na razie, po paru dniach jestem zadowolona. Wygląd jest taki na jaki oczekiwałam i zegarek i pasek do niego. Spełnił moje oczekiwania. Miałam tylko jedno pytanie: na jak długo starczy bateria?
