Delivery was prompt. That's about it
Delivery was prompt. Sample set contains 4 samples of rails, 2 types of hangers, 1 wire and 1 perlon cord... exactly as the picture shows. No mounting plug/button, no end caps, no corners. Oh, plus a small booklet showing 10 types of rails. The text of the ad says "contains samples of most products". Not sure how 4 out of 10 counts as 'most products '. Actually, 3 out of 10 as the wood picture rail in the kit isn't even in the booklet. Doesn't even mention all the other types of hooks, hangers, rods, etc. Very disappointed. And to think I had to pay for this kit that gives me very little practical information is infuriating.

The paintings lean out 2-3” from the wall. It’s really unattractive. Do you have solution for this?

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out, and yes, there's a fix for this. A painting leans forward when the hanging point on the back of the frame sits too low. The closer the D-rings or wire are to the top edge of the frame, the flatter the artwork hangs. Moving them up to within an inch or two of the top usually solves it. For wider or heavier pieces, hanging from two cords with two hooks also keeps the frame straight and flush against the wall.
