I have been using the Padmu 5 for several months and after a learning curve that requires a bit of practice and is not necessarily evident at first glance, it quickly becomes indispensable and offers extraordinary working comfort... Screen size, reading comfort, downloading scores, writing in multiple colors of choice, with the stylus, etc... It's a shame there isn’t a specific manual for the 5, since some functions have been modified compared to the 4, like the use of the stylus, which I found hard to discover... One might also regret a slightly weak brightness to my liking, which forces it to be adjusted practically to the maximum to read the score well, thus limiting the use to about five hours before needing to recharge it. This can be a bit short in certain usage conditions.\nNote that the after-sales service is very reactive and truly provides the right information and solutions to the problems one might encounter...\nIn short, I really recommend the Padmu 5, which is an extraordinary work tool, which I would now find hard to do without.\n

I had already used the Padmu4, now, after a few days of use, I feel good... I find that functional improvements have been made. If I had to give feedback to further improve performance, I would say that the only thing missing is a camera to instantly create PDF files without making duplicate steps.

I must say that this tablet is just amazing. The screen is easier on the eyes than my iPad, and spending a lot of time in front of it is very pleasant and exactly what I was looking for. However, hence the missing star, I am very disappointed with the packaging for shipping. It is incomprehensible to send a fragile item at this price in these conditions (cardboard bag and bubble wrap...). Really a pity.

The Padmu is an excellent product, of professional quality. It has everything a musician needs, a large memory capacity, and notable practicality with very reduced size and weight. I don't give 5 stars only because, in my opinion, the battery life needs to be worked on. In the default configuration, I would have expected it to last a few more hours, yet we are close to perfection! A small commercial tip: a product in a decidedly high price range should perhaps have an all-in-one policy, including pedal and case in the cost of the PadMu, especially since they are accessories of excellent quality.

After the first days of use, the product appears to be of quality, well-designed, and really well made. The missing star refers to the price, very expensive, considering also the need to pair it with accessories such as the protective cover, which I would say is indispensable, and the airturn. The features are not always intuitive, although effective and rich, so the availability of a well-maintained manual and possibly video tutorials is very important.

This is absolutely a GREAT product! I have found nothing that compares for reading music. Works great with a page flip too!! However, there are a few down sides. - takes a long time to boot up - difficult to pair (double mode) to a different version - can't use the pen on the "second" screen.

I thought it would be easy to enter the scores with the smartphone through the QR code, but it doesn't work well because it seems to be experimental. I have to upload through the computer. Otherwise, I'm getting along well, I need to tinker a bit to really understand how all new devices work.

Useful for a musician in general. Considering the ways of turning the page, I see it well as a study tool, not for playing scores of a certain complexity. I believe that with two PadMu the situation improves, but in that case the cost would be really too high.

The software is not as intuitive as it should be (I have a degree in electronic engineering so I believe I know a little about software. On the side of Music, I did 5 of the 7 years of Clarinet at the Conservatory in Milan almost 45 years ago, and here too I believe I understand a little). In my opinion, the added value would be to turn it from a passive reader into an improved version of MobileSheets Pro (which also has its flaws regarding timing). I expected more considering the non-negligible cost. It's clear that now that I have it, I use it for its A4 format, but not because it does better the things I hoped it would. Finally, the tutorials posted on YouTube are really old. Wouldn't it be time to update them?
