Review summary
Customers frequently highlight the fast delivery of their orders, the high quality and authenticity of the beads, and a wide selection of beads, components, and materials. Customer service is often described as friendly, helpful, and responsive, with many positive experiences resolving issues. Many appreciate the fair pricing and good price-performance ratio, as well as neat, secure, and attractive packaging that makes gifts easy to prepare. The website is also appreciated for its clarity and user-friendly design. Some customers report occasional delivery delays, typically attributed to the courier service. There are a few mentions of product mismatches or concerns about material descriptions. While most interactions with customer service are positive, some have experienced missed responses or communication lapses. A few customers express confusion over product descriptions, sizing, and inventory indications on the website, and there are rare remarks about price increases or minimum order thresholds.

Not a new customer but a repeat one!
Price-performance ratio acceptable, delivery so far okay, usually in Germany within 4-5 days.
Unfortunately, not all items are always in stock and recently one has to wait longer, but this will surely get better soon. The goodwill is enormous; if something is missing or delivered incorrectly, it's no problem to have the money refunded.
Wish: loyal customers should also be able to pay by invoice.

Very good quality
Really received a very nice package with beads, charms, etc. The quality is incomparable to the cheaper variant. Together with my daughter, I make all sorts of bracelets and necklaces, and due to the beautiful quality of the beads and stones, everything we make looks very nice right away. Very vibrant colors. A 'made with love' charm on it and it could easily fit in a store.\nIt is a small investment, but very worthwhile.

Super quality
I like how everything is packaged. All types of beads are separately in numbered bags. Included with the package is a list where you can check again what you ordered. I find that very helpful because I give everything away as presents. In return, I receive beautiful necklaces with matching bracelets. The quality of the natural stone beads is excellent. I have already ordered twice and will do it again. Thank you.

Good communication, beautiful beads
The communication with Dreambeads was very good. They respond quickly and personally.
The wooden beads are also beautiful! You do need a small knife or something similar when stringing them, as there are often small protrusions around the holes. The color of the beads was lighter than I had expected based on the photos on the site.
I made a beautiful bag with them, so I am very happy with it.

Poor communication, not worth repeating
Placed two orders on different days (with shipping option for delivery within 1 day) and only received one shipping confirmation. It was supposed to be delivered the next day. The next day, I got a message from GLS saying the package was registered but not handed over. So it couldn't be delivered either. Ultimately, the delivery was delayed three times. Today I finally got to receive the box and guess what? Two orders shipped together in one box. No consultation, no information, no shipping confirmation, yet charged for double shipping costs. I really miss the initiative to actively inform the customer. Additionally, I don't find it decent to charge double shipping fees when it's sent in one package. The website says orders placed by 5 PM are shipped the same day. Unfortunately, this is not accurate. Expect at least a week. If you need items urgently, I do not recommend ordering here.

Bought beautiful natural stone beads. The website is clear, lots of choices.
A few more sizes in round closures, toggle closures, carabiner closures. It would be helpful if the size information came with measurements in a drawing. I am not always clear whether it refers to inside or outside measurements.

Good webshop with heart for its customers
Good quality products, fast delivery time, and pleasant communication. My first order was (presumably) lost with the courier GLS. After brief contact with Dreambeads, they immediately sent a replacement shipment, which luckily arrived quickly. Great service!

Everything has worked well so far. The quality is very good, the shipping is also quite fast. I would like a better overview of which gold tones the stainless steel parts have. Unfortunately, there are also slight differences in the shades. For instance, when I ordered a charm a second time with the same article number, the shade was not identical. A shell described as black arrived in brown.

This order was quickly delivered. The previous one was delayed through no fault of Dreambeads. Goods well cared for and excellent customer service.

Website fine, delivery less great
Well, the collection and what was done at your place to get this order ready was great and quick.
Unfortunately, I still haven't received the ordered product and that's because of the parcel delivery. Just wait patiently.

especially the elastic is of good quality
Especially the elastic is of good quality. The freshwater pearls have an unnatural shape, making them seem very 'fake'. I find the service and the speed of processing my order very good.

My favorite bead shop! They have such a nice selection of components, beads, and accessories, prices are very reasonable and the reward/loyalty system is a great addition. I find myself very rarely needing to visit any other shop as they simply have everything I need here. Shipping is also VERY fast, and everything is packaged well.

Great products! Nice clear website. If something is out of stock, you also get your money refunded.
What could be better:
The order states: delivery in 1 working day. But usually it takes several days because the product is announced but not received by GLS. Then you keep checking when the order will be delivered. That's a shame. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

The order is completely in order. Only the transport via GLS took more than one week. The package was in transit on Wednesday, September 23, and was delivered on Wednesday, September 30. After a message from me, the transport company probably woke up. So not a smooth delivery. Best regards, Lieve De Gheest

Nice customer service
Same ring divided in different bags ... It would be better to have the same rings in one bag.
Some issues with the delivery but the customer service was very efficient.

I appreciate the price/performance ratio very much. The pearls are beautiful. I also like that you can assemble sets.
In any case, I will continue to browse.
