Review summary
Customers frequently praise the extremely fast and efficient delivery of their orders, with many receiving items sooner than expected. The unique, customizable designs and personal touches, such as names and photos, are highly appreciated for making the products special and attractive. Many also comment positively on the beautiful, colorful, and appealing appearance of the items, which makes them especially suitable as gifts. Most customers are satisfied with the good or high quality of the suitcases and bags, and the ordering process is generally described as easy and straightforward. Customer service is often noted as responsive, friendly, and helpful, with most issues being quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Some customers, however, mention concerns about product quality, such as scratches, durability issues, or occasional manufacturing flaws. There are also reports of confusion or technical difficulties with the website, particularly regarding personalization and shipping details. While customer service is usually effective, a few customers report communication problems or a lack of proper responses.

Magnificent and unique result, very happy with it. Also super fast delivery. The only point for improvement: if you make a suitcase with your own photo, you cannot see which side the suitcase opens on and which side the fixed supports are on to place the suitcase on the ground. Unfortunately, my photos are incorrectly rotated with the supports. If that were visible during creation, it would be perfect. But you mostly use the suitcase on the wheels, so it doesn't really matter.

Very nice suitcase... My little son was so happy and is very proud of it. Then the vacation during the autumn holidays can start. Then we will test it regarding the quality... But it already feels very good and stable...

Really happy with my suitcase! The quality honestly exceeded my expectations. I also love that you can switch up the look with the CaseSwap prints, definitely going to give that a try

Satisfied
I wanted a slightly different design that stands out a bit from the crowd.
The case on the front is as pictured with the design and personalized with my name, on the back it is black.
The material itself doesn’t feel very high-quality, hence 4 stars

Cool print, but dull finish for this price
Cool print! It took a while for the suitcase to arrive with standard delivery, but... there it was! My husband is really happy with it, and the suitcase is certainly unique. The only downside we found was that there's a plastic protective layer over the print, making the image appear dull from certain angles. Also, the sun sometimes reflects off the plastic. I had expected a better finish for the suitcase's price in that regard.

Dear,\n\nThank you very much for your detailed and lovely review 😊 It's great to hear that the suitcase is appreciated and that your husband is happy with it.\n\nRegarding your point about the finish: there might be a protective film on the print that can still be removed. Could you please check this for us? This might explain the dull effect and reflection.\n\nIf this is not the case or if the effect remains, feel free to email us at review@noboringsuitcases.com. We'd be happy to look into a suitable solution with you.\n\nBest regards,\nAlianne\nTeam NoboringSuitcases.nl

Quick delivery, part broken.
They were very quick with the delivery, unfortunately I found out just before packing for my trip that a part is broken inside where I can securely fasten my clothes. A bit of a shame. Other than that, it's a good suitcase. Only with the lock, they could make an extra closure, even when it's "closed" small items can easily be added without noticing during the journey.

The children's suitcase looks nice.
However, there was confusion about the shipping costs charged. The website states that these are free above a certain amount and for standard shipping. Despite meeting these conditions, I was still charged shipping costs. Customer service does not further respond to my question about what this is based on. They refer to the website, but I can't find an answer to my question there.

Received Wrong Suitcase - Nicely Resolved
I ordered a suitcase with the name - Unicorn Dreams, I received a completely different suitcase, it turned out there was a technical error on the website. Fortunately, I received an appropriate solution and everything was handled neatly and I was very well assisted.

Heavy suitcase with one-sided customization
Unfortunately, the customization (photo or pattern) is always only applied to the top side of the suitcase. The photo is placed behind a clear, transparent cover and not printed on the case. Inside the suitcase, there are no side compartments. The TSA lock does not seem very stable. The empty weight of the suitcase is over 5 kg.

A backpack for school.
Bought a backpack for preschool from this online store. The backpack is super cute and personalized with his own name. Our son is very proud of it! The delivery was also fast, faster than I expected.

Beautiful personal travel suitcase
Ordered a personal travel suitcase. Designing the image on the suitcase is simple. After completing and paying, the suitcase was delivered by the delivery service just 2 days later.
The first overall impression of the suitcase is good. The sturdiness also seems fine, but I can’t really say much about that yet.
So far, very satisfied.

Very nice suitcases
Nice suitcases! We already gave one to a granddaughter a year ago. Now the family is asking for more for the rest 😀 I think that speaks for itself. Among the offered designs, there's something for everyone.

Beautiful personal suitcases, wide choice, good quality, fast and neat delivery.
My grandchildren aged 8 and 1 year are very happy with it!
The small suitcase had a defective wheel, I was immediately sent a new suitcase. So excellent service and very friendly staff.

Great Design
Great design, I'm already looking forward to the upcoming travels.
A long time ago, the customer service, in writing, was very exhausting and did not answer the simple question.
Now I was able to order without clarification anyway.
