Great, super-lightweight music instrument stands that are LIFE-changing for those of us who have to travel with heavy instruments! These are well-made, ingenious innovations that because they are constructed with modular carbon-fiber pieces, are incredibly lightweight! We purchased 4 clarinet pegs and one large bass clarinet stand. I've had them for several years now, and will NEVER go back to the heavy, clunky, hard-to-transport stands of the past. I break down the bass stand and it fits, in pieces, inside my case!! The clarinet pegs are so much flatter than ANY other clarinet peg that it fits inside the instrument, or inside the case. Again, sturdy... even after accidentally stepping on them..they flex, maybe a leg falls off - magnetically attached - and I just pop it back on..and voila! So far, the world has not changed, but THIS is the future of instrument stands! Gijs is VERY responsive via email and answers any and all questions! He's the designer and builder, and takes these things very seriously. I highly recommend his products!

In my experience, this vendor will stiff you, should you received a defective item. Executive summary: I ordered a pricey item from this vendor. It took 5 months to arrive. It was damaged and he clearly sent it to me in that damaged condition. The vendor refuses to take any responsibility for the damaged goods that he sent out. And it turns out that he engages in other, dishonest business practices.

Dear Donald, I'm sorry to hear that you still afer 4 years are angry with me, despite the fact that I took back and fully refunded the item, paid for all the shipment costs (and as I recall a bit more). You did not complain about the carbon alto flute stand that you also bought. I hope you're happy with that, despite the disappointment over the wooden stand. I have a few remarks though. 1: I did take resposibility, despite the fact that is it my (expert if I may say so myself) opion that the "defect" is in fact an irregularity in the wood, not a result of an error in the manufactoring process. Irregularities are natural, and therefore no reason for complaints. May be it is not for nothing that this particular piece of wood did not end up as a clarinet. 2: "it took 5 months" . Indeed, I have a long queue for all products especially those that are specially made to order, such as the wooden stands. the queues are the result of me selling faster than I can build. I guess the queue was about 3 months, and as you well remember, early 2020 Covid was messing massively with the USPS services. In fact in that period I completely lost about a dozen parcels in the USA alone, so 2 months travel, ridiculous as is sounds, was pretty good back then. Incidently, I'm exclusively using Fedex to the USA now, never had a problem since. 3 I am very curious as to what other "dishonest business practices" I am engaging according to you. . "And it turns out" sounds pretty convincing, provided it comes with evidence. Please enlighten me so I can try to improve.

The plastic part breaks easily. There is no warranty. It's too expensive for the quality.

Hi Tiago, sorry to hear that you are not content with your bass clarinet stand. I hope you have been using the stand to your content until the moment the lower support broke. You mailed to me about this problem a few days ago. The order is from November 2020, that's 3 years old. I do not feel that it is a material problem after a few years of service. The plastic part that broke does not break from itself, When it seems to break without impact, it is very probable that the impact was before. someone could have stepped on it, without you noticing it. The part is available at a reasonable price in my opinion, € 25. Indeed shipment to Canada is expensive. I can try to ship it with a "nomal" order to a customer in Canada or US, and ask to ship the part to you with domestic Post to avoid the intercontinental costs for you. Let me know if that is acceptable to you.
