Very good!
Clean, fast, uncomplicated, very personal, and there are gifts! I could order on account, which is not common today. The goods arrived quickly and securely packed as promised. Along with gifts and a handwritten thank you. You were recommended and your offer has already been used, therefore, very good and thank you!
It was about the 30th Anniversary Edition in Japanese, 20 booster packs.

Delivery uncommon shop top fast and complete, was a bit "upset" after opening, thanks for the extra sweets.
Delivery by post was crappy, was home and was lucky the package was in a puddle under the mailboxes in pouring rain for just 1 minute reaction time, although it has a porch over it. The box just held up, and the contents remained undamaged. The shop can't do anything about it, so 5*.

The quick delivery and well-packaged goods...
I really liked the quick delivery and well-packaged goods.
However, I was slightly disappointed by the mystery letter 50fr.
While I found 5 booster packs cool in quantity, I would have liked if they were together worth at least 50 fr, as they averaged 40-45 value.
Maybe I was mistaken and am talking nonsense if so, then I'm sorry. I would have also been happy if there was a booster that was a bit more expensive inside, but of course, that was not expected. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

Simply Top! Keep it up!
Simply top! If you have concerns or questions, you receive a response very quickly! Very nice communication! Ordered goods are very well protected and packaged, and if ordered in time, delivery occurs on the same day and you can receive your package the next day! Will definitely order more often from this shop in the future and I'm also looking forward to visiting the stores in person!

As usual very pro and sent on time.
Unfortunately, the One Piece box arrived slightly deteriorated but hopefully the cards will be safe :)
The extra gift is always a pleasure to receive ^^ (if next time it can be in English or French it would be even better as I do not speak German XD)

Great selection of products but unfortunately constantly rising prices
As usual, a very good selection of products. Unfortunately, the price of all Pokémon and One Piece products has moved further and further away from the MSRP price. You can still get some things relatively cheap, but unfortunately, they don't open them yourself but do it on the livestream. If money plays a smaller role for you, the store is really great, but for me personally, the hobby in general has just become too expensive over the last year.

Quick Communication
I had a question about my order. This question was answered in no time, even on a Saturday. I think that's a very good service.
I'm now looking forward to the delivery.
Update:
The order was delivered quickly and arrived well packaged.
There was even a very nice gift included, which I am also very happy about. Thank you for everything.

Best TCG Shop in Switzerland
This store is 100% recommendable. The staff are very nice and helpful. They often organize very cool events where everyone has a fair chance to participate! The prices are usually market prices, but they are definitely worth it, especially with the newer products.

Nice Mystery Box!
I ordered a Yu-Gi-Oh! mystery box for 100.- and the contents were easily worth 110.- or more.
Additionally, in the Supreme Darkness Display, which was part of the Mystery Box, I pulled a QCSR :D
There were also many individual boosters included, among them a Legacy of the Valiant booster! Nice for the collection.

Small hurdle, perfectly resolved
Fast, hassle-free delivery. A small problem with the 'Your Gift' was solved easily and immediately. The only thing missing was communication about the issue, but given the effective solution, it wasn't problematic. Highly recommended for buying trading cards.

Super!!
Fast delivery. Well packaged. And a small surprise that brought a smile to my face. And for suggestions for improvement, I'd have to find a needle in a haystack. Keep it up!

All good, but...
In principle, I am very satisfied, also with the fact that there is a small gift with the order. However, it would be desirable if this "dowry" scaled with the order value. Otherwise, I am tempted to split my order to receive multiple gifts, which cannot be beneficial for anyone (and yes, this is an ultra high-level critique).

Great shop, but efforts should be made to ensure that cancellations due to system issues are also communicated to the customer.

Perfect Shop for Pokemon Lovers
I just started collecting Pokemon again 3 weeks ago.
The Uncommon Shop had one of the largest selections in Switzerland right away and I was so excited! They deliver by the next day if ordered before 4 PM. The shop is perfect and there's nothing to criticize! Keep it up!
