Review summary
Customers consistently praise the high quality, purity, and effectiveness of Biogena products, with many noting visible health improvements and expressing trust in the ingredients. Fast and reliable delivery is frequently highlighted, and most customers appreciate the prompt and efficient shipping. Customer service is generally described as friendly, competent, and helpful. Many customers also value the wide variety of products available for different needs, and clear product information and transparency about ingredients are often appreciated. Some customers feel that the product quality justifies the higher price and appreciate discounts and loyalty points. However, there are some areas for improvement. A few reviews mention occasional lapses in customer service responsiveness. Packaging receives mixed feedback, with criticism of overly large packages, difficult-to-open lids, and impractical refill bags. Some customers find the wide range of products overwhelming and express a need for better guidance. Additionally, while product information is generally clear, some customers request even more details or express doubts about the overall transparency of the industry. The products are often considered expensive, which is a concern for some customers.

I’m really impressed by the excellent quality
As a professional athlete, quality, reliability and transparency are extremely important to me. I especially appreciate that many Biogena products are listed on the Cologne List and undergo extensive testing. Knowing that such high standards are taken seriously gives me additional confidence when choosing supplements as part of my daily routine.

Basically Excellent
I am very satisfied with Biogena's products and particularly appreciate their good tolerability. I would also like to positively highlight the high purity and quality of the ingredients as stated by the manufacturer. Overall, the products convey to me an impression of high quality and careful development. However, I see the very high price level critically.

I am currently taking some products from Biogena, including "Iron." Biogena's preparation is much better tolerated than conventionally prescribed medications from the pharmacy. It would be nice if health insurance companies covered the costs of such good preparations 😉! Also with the other products, I am, of course, after a certain time of taking them, now feeling much better.

Seriousness above all
A certainly cutting-edge research, attentive to the ecosystem, products of good quality. I take the opportunity to clear a doubt, can OMEGA 3 products be packaged in plastic jars? I knew that the compatibility would preferably be glass or aluminum, can you update me? Thanks again for your seriousness.

Products are very good! 👍
Order and delivery work perfectly. 😃
What has been bothering me lately: 😒
The screw caps are so tight that I can never open them by hand and always have to use a "can opener"!!! This was not the case with previously ordered items.
Maybe you could reconsider that, thank you.

Good morning, thank you again for your excellent products that I found on my own through the Internet, but the descriptions on your website gave me confidence 🤩
I would need a favor: my accountant is asking me to have the invoice already received - without VAT number.
Is it possible?
I haven't found another way to communicate with you except through the questionnaire.
Thanking you for the prompt response and your kindness, we extend our warmest regards.

Shipping super fast, quality top
Shipping super fast, packaging stable and sustainable, which I also find important. But the most important are of course the products; I have been a customer for years and have always been very satisfied with all the products, including, for example, the Omega-3 oil, where you can probably most clearly see whether the quality is good and fresh. Thank you for that.

Vitamin D deficiency successfully compensated
Review:
I have already tried several products from Biogena and have always been very convinced of their quality. I have also had very good experiences with the Vitamin D capsules. I was diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency, so I took the capsules regularly for several months. After another check of my blood values, the deficiency was compensated. I tolerated the product very well and am very satisfied with the quality and effect. Therefore, I can recommend the Vitamin D capsules with peace of mind.

I am really impressed with Biogena. The products are high-quality, made in Europe, and give me a very clean and trustworthy impression. I especially like that the quality is also checked by independent institutes. In addition, there is excellent customer service. The loyalty program with the collected points is also a real plus and offers great added value. Overall, I really like the entire concept of Biogena Germany.

Absolute Recommendation – Top Quality from Austria!
I am absolutely thrilled with Biogena and want to share my thoroughly positive experiences:\n\nOutstanding Quality: The products excel in every way. You can immediately tell that genuine premium quality from Austria is offered here.\n\nFair Price-Performance Ratio: For your own health, you should be willing to invest a bit more – and here every cent is really worth it! Many packages are also extremely economical and easily last for 2 to 3 months.\n\nBiogena One – My Absolute Highlight: The drink tastes simply delightful and is super refreshing – whether ice-cold in summer or classically without ice. It makes me feel incredibly good: Since I've been drinking it, I even need one less coffee in the morning to start the day with energy!\n \nGreat Customer Service: Huge praise to the team! Emails and inquiries are answered extremely quickly, friendly, and directly.\n\nConclusion: High-quality products, great service, and noticeable effects. It hardly gets better – 100% recommendation!

A very good BIO product
With the application of Biogena MSM Gel, the pain in the knee has significantly improved.
I can almost walk pain-free again.
I was close to having surgery, but I canceled it.
Biogena MSM Gel helps me with a twice-daily application.
I can recommend the product with a clear conscience.

Highly Recommended!
Order, quality, and delivery are top-notch! Happily, again and again.
Lately, I've had problems with opening the jar lids. I can't do it with my own strength; I always need a can opener to unscrew them. It was easier before! Perhaps a consideration for improvement could be made... Thank you!

I like your concept!!! I know I'm doing something good for my body: Austrian quality and a great boss with a team...
What I miss, or rather, what I would wish for, and I think many feel similarly:
For example, an app where I can enter the following:
I would like to boost my immune system... the following products are helpful... if you take this product, you don't need... on this day - recommendations on when (morning/midday, evening, before/with meals, never with this product, etc., you need fat to take it ...) what, how long... breaks...
Or: I would like to simply enter which products I would like to take/combine - and get a brilliant plan with various tips...
I know all this is in the product descriptions of the respective products, but it is tedious to combine everything correctly... I often look things up and spend a lot of time on it.
Thank you for existing!!

Thank you very much for your feedback! It's nice to hear that you feel well taken care of with us and that our products are good for your body. We understand your desire for an app that gives recommendations on product combinations and dosages – we are very happy to include this idea in our considerations for future services.
Additionally, you can always contact our Certified Good Health Coaches – they will help you individually with questions about dosage, combination, and intake.

I have been using your products for several years and find them excellent. The shipping is also quite fast. I am always on the lookout for offers because I understand that the high quality of the products means they are not accessible to everyone in the long term. For some supplements, I do cycles, while others should be taken constantly, and over time, the economic aspect weighs in. A solution should be found so that everyone can benefit from such excellent products.

A lot helps a lot 🥳
For many months, Biogena's products have been part of my daily morning routine, and to be honest, I don't want to do without them anymore.
At 55, I feel fitter than ever. I have more energy, recover better, and overall, just feel more comfortable. Of course, exercise, nutrition, and sleep also play an important role. But I am convinced that the right supplements make a valuable contribution.
For me, this routine has proven effective and has become an integral part of my daily life. Therefore, I can only recommend everyone to look into micronutrients and find out what suits their own body and personal needs.
In any case, I am very glad I took this path.

The product DAOZym contributes significantly to allowing me to enjoy drinks with high histamine content, like a glass of wine or champagne, without discomfort.
I can also highly recommend Omega 3 forte and zinc picolinate 15, which my nutritionist mentioned to me.
I particularly like that there are always promotions and I can benefit from the accumulated points price-wise.

I love the wide variety of supplements...
I love the wide variety of dietary supplements offered by BIOGENA. I have been using their products for more than four years, first when I lived in Dubai, and now in France. They have truly changed my life, and I have full confidence in their laboratories. Their quality, purity, and consistency give me total trust.
Keep it up! I sincerely hope to see a BIOGENA wellness center in France one day, similar to the one in Vienna. It would be a wonderful initiative for anyone seeking a scientific, preventive, and holistic approach to health. 🤍
