Customers consistently praise the clocks’ craftsmanship, beauty, and overall product quality. Many highlight the fast, secure shipping and packaging, as well as the helpful and professional customer service. The sound and mechanical operation of the clocks are also appreciated by most buyers. Additionally, the website is considered easy to navigate and informative. Some customers report issues such as missing or incorrect items, significant shipping delays, or damaged packaging. Frustration is also expressed about occasional lack of response or insufficient support from customer service. Unexpected customs charges, especially for international orders, are a common complaint. There are also mentions of the cuckoo or chime not working as expected, and some customers find shipping and customs information on the website to be missing or unclear.
