Excellent product, extraordinary customer service
I bought riding boots. Right after making the purchase, I realized I had chosen the wrong size. I immediately wrote to Tosoni via email and also on Instagram. It was the weekend, but they responded very quickly, reassuring me that they had made the changes. Moreover, it was a human response, not from a bot, for which I am infinitely grateful. Indeed, the boots arrived, they are my size, and they are stunning. Thanks for everything.

I really appreciated your collaboration.
I really appreciated the collaboration of the people I spoke with (sorry if I don't remember the names). I received my boots with a few days' delay, which is understandable given the summer period, but now I have them!!!!!
Your online store is really complete, but unfortunately, I am not a "rider" except for my passion for Old West boots.
Thanks to everyone and happy Ferragosto. Sanfilippo

Excellent service
The order through the online shop and the payment was easy. The delivery was quick and the products arrived in excellent condition without any issues. So everything perfect.
If I really have to note something to improve your work, I could advise you not to use too much adhesive tape on the bubble wrap to facilitate recycling.

I buy many things from this seller...
I buy many things from this tack shop, I am 90% satisfied with the price, quality, and shipping efficiency, but... there's a but.
Recently, I bought a western martingale that was described as leather, but the retaining clasp on the breastplate is of such poor quality that once opened, it needs assistance to close, and the leather... being polite, it's like peeled cardboard. Unfortunately, I needed it and did not return it, so I'm not fully satisfied with this poorly made, low-quality product.

As for the supplier, everything precise, goods as described, highly recommended. The only negative note, which does not concern the supplier, is GLS sending messages that they attempted delivery but in reality, they didn't. Only after my complaint to GLS did they actually come by.

The email support is very good.
If I had to say what to improve, it would be the quality of the product photos: sometimes, especially the colors, are not seen well.
Overall, it is a good online store!

Products as ordered, very efficient order preparation service, terrible delivery!! It is not the first time the courier leaves your material at a place more convenient for them, miles away from the delivery address! I will make an attempt now but will be forced to change supplier if the issue persists.

I am very happy with the shipment of the ordered products received in a very short time.
I also appreciated the possibility to order from Switzerland, where I live, without paying excessive shipping costs.
Thank you for your service.

Always super fast and with excellent products. I had to make a return due to my own mistake during the order phase, and the support, speed, and kindness distinguished them even in this phase.

Officinalis Rose Shine is no longer available in the US so I was thrilled to find it from you. It is 95% pure Rosa damascena extract & the only thing that gently & fragrantly tames my unruly curls. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived from Italy to California; less than a week! Thank you!!!

I have never been disappointed so far and the products match the descriptions. Very fast shipping. Instead of trying to improve, try to maintain. Keep it up.
