Order went fine. Camera and lenses work well. However, I found that the zoom lens 50-250 was quite rattling and called Kamera Express. Explained what I heard and the helpdesk staff did not find it good and recommended visiting a store. I then drove from Harderwijk to the Zwolle branch. The counter staff listened to me and said immediately that it is a normal sound for a lens with stabilization. Inspection of the lens confirmed her opinion. To convince me, another lens was taken and it rattled exactly the same. So, I was well helped here, but the waste of fuel and parking money would not have been necessary if the phone staff had enough knowledge. It's a pity, perhaps Kamera Express had an intern on the phone on Saturday?

After suddenly seeing their ads everywhere, and since I needed a memory card anyway, I gave Kamera-Express a chance. Order processed as usual via PayPal and a few days later the memory card was in the mailbox. Unfortunately, only in a case without packaging, but that's probably better for the memory card. Shipping was from NL, which surprised me, but it arrived quickly.

Very simple and intuitive ordering process. Neat information on the website and very important: a customer service that responds properly to questions. A cashback of 100€ was mentioned for the camera I purchased, but when my order arrived, there was nothing to be found about it. One email as a reply to my purchase confirmation, and I received a prompt answer, including the link where I needed to be. Nice to feel treated like this as a customer.

it was the second time I ordered a second-hand macro lens from Kamera Express. With my first, I had quite a bit of bad luck when I unfortunately dropped it last year and it broke... This was unfortunately my own fault... But now it arrived today, and I was able to test it immediately on a common blue and a swallowtail in the garden. I think it's great that Kamera Express offers very affordable and recent second-hand cameras at a very reasonable price! I hope I will enjoy this one more than the first! Service, product, and communication all very good. Can't be better, maybe swap DHL for another service provider (but their unreliability isn't your fault :-)). The package was at the local parcel center on the promised delivery date. Why the DHL courier then wanders around for 4 days and invents a new excuse every day (weather, traffic, overtime, …) for why the delivery couldn't be completed only they know. The parcel center is 500 from the drop-off location.

Delivered slower by DHL, but there's nothing you can do about it, I'm super happy with my Sony RX10 V, what an excellent camera that is with a top-notch Zeiss lens, alongside my Sony A7C with a 24-240 mm lens, it's an ideal addition, the 1-inch sensor of the RX10 V performs excellently, even in low light, in short, I now have a perfect setup with which I can go in any direction!

The camera was delivered very quickly and arrived well-packaged. The first impression is very positive and the build quality seems high. I haven't had enough time to thoroughly test the camera yet, but I am very satisfied with the purchase and quick delivery so far. A more detailed review will follow once I have used it more extensively.

actually, everything is great, the staff on-site (I can only rate the Braunschweig location now) but also the phone service is top-notch, very courteous and fast. I ordered the 12mm from astrhori, unfortunately, it was not delivered (which is more astrhori's fault than kamera express') and now after 3 calls that in total took under 30 minutes (with wait times!!), the lens was exchanged for an 11mm from ttartisan. so everything really super and professional

The information provided for Belgium in the confirmation email is worthless. The URL given for customer service doesn't work, the phone number is not assigned, you have to find a correct phone number yourself, but no one answers there or some options don't work. The delivery date is incorrect. You receive a message saying it's been delivered, but at the pickup point, they don't have a product in your name. The delivery is then in two parts, and the next day you receive a message that the second part has been delivered. Apparently, the first delivery arrives together with the second. It is an example of poor communication, no follow-up on the validation of their own processes. And the worst part is, you can apparently only send a message via email to customer service (in the Netherlands) who promise to reply, but that presumably takes 5 working days. Why must a customer pay in advance? Considering all this, it seems better to pay when the product is actually delivered. But as a customer, you are clearly the weaker party with Kamera Express.

I had ordered a Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro 12K via occasion and chose to pick it up in the store, possibly to also select some accessories directly. The camera looked perfect (really like new) and also got a good feeling of involvement and care from the staff. It's not a small expenditure and weeks of consideration precede it. Sometimes you feel like you're customer number so-and-so. Not here. Thanks for that.

Excellent customer service! Unproblematic, flexible, and pragmatic, for example when exchanging a currently unavailable charger for a slightly more expensive one. Without complicated cancellations, credit notes, and new orders, simply adjusted internally and sent an invoice for the difference! Not everyone can do that! Unfortunately, DHL's service in delivery was once again lousy. One more STOP and I would have received the package, but he drives past and finishes work at 14:00. And that repeatedly. Therefore, I would like an alternative to DHL shipping.

I had to spontaneously get a camera for snorkeling and ordered it here, then saw that the shop was in the Netherlands. Despite all concerns (it had to arrive within 3 days), it worked out super well. Within 2 1/2 days, the small package was at the pick-up station. The camera works and I can continue snorkeling and taking photos.

The purchased product is very good and its price is quite competitive compared to other sellers. On the other hand, it is not the first time I place an order and I don't receive any news for +/- a week without following up myself (no order confirmation, no information on the delivery date). Once queried, it gets started quite quickly. And no, there are no messages in spam. The only message received concerns the gift box.

Dear I bought an Insta360 Ultra Bicycle Bundle. Is it normal for the Ribg Remote to charge so slowly? After charging overnight, it’s still only at 22%. And another thing, I don’t know if the lens guard was in the box. There was a round foam (see photo), but I don’t think that’s it. It should be a lens cap or something like that. The items that I find interesting are mainly used DSLR camera bodies and matching lenses. There's a lot of choice, and the descriptions are good. The prices are also reasonable and correspond to the condition of the items. Sometimes I cannot find specific things, then I can locate what I'm looking for more quickly through Google and then click the link to your site... I've also returned some items and dropped them off in-store, had phone contact about orders and technical details, etc. Everything goes very well, nice, helpful, and patient employees who know their stuff! (unfortunately, you see this less and less, hence an extra compliment).

Visited the store(s) a couple of times and it was a very pleasant experience. Clear explanations and advice and they take the time for it. The webshop works quite well, ordering and delivering go perfectly fine. However, there is one thing that could be improved: the filtering. Example: I was looking for a Manfrotto tripod plate, when filtering by clicking the "Manfrotto" checkbox, not all Manfrotto plates were visible. Had the same issue with other items, the filters often gave too few correct and too many unwanted results.

I went to Kamera Express to trade in my 2 Sony A7iv cameras and a 70-200mm F4 lens to acquire the new A7v cameras as well as the 70-200 f2.8 II lens. Not only were the items available faster than I thought, but I also received a good buyback price for my used equipment. Everything was expertly checked, and the new equipment was neatly delivered.

Order went perfectly. Received good and professional help in the store. Systems were down. Payment couldn't be made. Therefore, I purchased through the online store. Kamera Express is not to blame. Although I drove from Zoetermeer to Capelle for nothing, I got much wiser. Thanks for the camping service.

I had ordered a photo backpack and it was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, I found the shoulder straps uncomfortably hard in terms of material. Otherwise, it was a very good backpack. But that was a deal-breaker for me and I wanted to request a return. I had made the purchase via PayPal. At some point on the return form, I had to enter my IBAN number, where the money was supposed to be transferred back. However, I didn't want to do that, as one is constantly warned not to put one's bank details online. I then called customer service, and they made it possible for me to receive a return label by email without entering my IBAN number. If that hadn't been the case, I wouldn't have made any more orders with Kamera Express in the future. That would have been a shame too, as I have always been very satisfied with the service until now.

Although I ordered a second-hand device, I found the delivery time of a week quite long, especially given the promise that it would be delivered the day after the order. Although the delay might have been acceptable under the circumstances, I don't understand the lack of communication, especially given the special situation: the device was not in the Netherlands. Upon delivery, the camera's battery was missing. This caused even more delay, as the battery had to be sent separately. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the battery – seven days after placing the order. Moreover, I have not received the €180 voucher that was promised on the website. It was said to arrive a few days after receiving the order. I am still waiting, hoping they will deliver it after all. All in all, I am deeply disappointed. I give only three stars due to the well-designed website, the varied selection, and the customer service staff, who do their work well.
