Terrible customer support and accountability, bought a office key, didn't work because of activation limit reached, in any point of their website said it had to be activated by phone, so in the urgency of the situation had to buy on another website. They refuse the refund, going to take action with EU.

I purchased a NOD32 license on softload.nl and successfully completed the payment, but I only received an invoice and no license key. Issue was resolved, money were returned with apologies.

Don't do it. Bad Experience, no delivery.

Don't do it! Bad experience with the purchase of an Adobe Creative Cloud license. The product/purchase page explicitly states "delivered digitally within seconds". However, according to Softload, this usually takes 24 hours for Adobe. No problem if they had mentioned that, but this feels like deception. After some email correspondence, he cancelled the order on his own initiative 10 hours after placing it. I am still waiting for my money.

Does not work ! Softload has a guide to install office 2019 over Phone. But this guide is not readable (Blurry ) . And why do I have to Activate over Phone . I have tried without luck. I am 78 and have bought around 10 Computers during my life, in diff. Shops ( Total around 60.000 Dkr); with Windows and Office installed . I have payed for this allready . Iam Pensionist and dont have 1000 kr to buy Office 365 . I only use Word .
