Had a fast, and working solution when registration failed. The true value is given when something fails

If I could I would leave zero or minus stars.. I bought a 3 months Adobe license and I had not receive any license code at all, all I got, after almost an entire day, was a fake fishing email from noreply(at)mail.tpservices.net where it invited me to access "Adobe Creative Cloud Access", which obviosly doesn't exist written in that way, in which it said I were to join the Team of Christopher E Lewis (?) in order to get three months license, with a link stating with "acrs.adobe.com" which is also phishing. I also got a faked Adobe email saying that they have "modified" my business account, which I did not have to begin with. The customer service from Softload is non existent, I had to send about 100 messages to get a very dismissive reply, and of course still they did not give me any money back, as a matter of fact, the person who finally answered my email after 36 hours, denied that the link is malicious. So at this point I can confidently say that is whole website is a phishing scam and that it should be closed, and whoever operates it is a crminal and should be put in jail. Do not buy anything here.

Easy to follow instructions and working as needed.

I bought office 2021 pro, key delivery was quick. Only thing you need to remember it is phone activation. Read FAQs.

Great service and fast delivery

its real good and works

I cannot activate the purchase and where is your help?

Perfect, works perfect

For now it worked. Very happy.

Excellent service. Fast and perfect delivery. Very good price.

So far great products . Will buy again.

Terrible customer support and accountability, bought a office key, didn't work because of activation limit reached, in any point of their website said it had to be activated by phone, so in the urgency of the situation had to buy on another website. They refuse the refund, going to take action with EU.

Great prices. Instant availability of key. Works unconditionally. Highly recommended.

Quick easy to install and great instructions from the Softload team.
