Plus: Great choices in tools we can't find elsewhere that easy.
Improvement point: more shipping choices would be a good addition. Offering only DHL and FedEx is simply not enough. DHL has a bad reputation in many regions of Europe. FedEx seems to have trouble too lately. So please add a couple of others too. Depending on the region customers can select their best option themselves. Personally UPS or GLS do a better job in my region.

I don't recommend this site for LCD replacement for Ipad Pro.
I bought a defective 300€ LCD to change for my broken one. When I finished the replacement (following all the steps they have in their site), I realized that the iPad was rebooting after 2 minutes and 30 seconds, after I glued the LCD they sent me.
Now I have my primary LCD working (not rebooting), but I broke the new LCD that they sent me, so I won't get the refund.
I'm really sad about this experience, and I will never recommend this site.
If you need a LCD replacement, just go to an apple store to have de job well done.

The screen kit for Pixel 5 was relatively easy to install using the guide, however the glass quality is not even close to the original. In only 2 weeks it was full of mini scratches and bigger ones from nothing but contact with clothes, the screen never touched anything other than the inside of the trousers.
The original screen had no scratch even after 3 years of usage.

I would love to give you a 5 star review, but now only 1 star because you are using for shipping from Germany to Sweden the worst possible solution; Deutsche Post. I one bought something from Latvia, they used Deutsche Post as well and i was waiting for 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive! I love your concept, but if you want something to be fixed, you don't want to wait for 3 weeks! I still have not received the goods I ordered from you, guess going to be also 3 weeks! Pleas stop using this service, it is crap, and I know outiof experience.

Ifixit didnt give my phone number to fedex causing no communication with them. the service didnt even give me my package number so i couldnt track it. if i didnt write to support about the 7 days delay probably i wouldnt receive my package. very poor customer service. i wont buy again anything with shipment to poland this site isnt reliable

Why the F did you use the crappy german DHL?
Have not received my toolkit yet as it sits in a DHL terminal in Arlanda aiirport, haven’t got a normal (non german) tracking number so I cant refer to my shipment at storage here in Sweden

They constantly fail to give my phone number to FedEx, which means I need to contact them myself so it is possible to have the package delivered at all (no, there’s no buzzer in our building).

Excellent products but poor shipping.
iFixit products are top notch, I won't complain there.
On the other hand, the store did not send Fedex my phone number for contacting so I had to pick up my package myself from the local Fedex hub, after paying for express shipping and after 8 days of delays with no updates.

Poor communication. Product not received after 12 days…
Product not received after 12 days (ordered morning of Jul 10, now 22 July) and waiting, no communication since 13 July (from DHL: delivery is interrupted, your package will be delayed 1-2 days). Product will be returned if ever received as was a gift and did not arrive on time. Poor communication.
