A készülék típus szerinti tartozék beazonosítás nem tökéletes, igy a megrendelt termék nem illeszkedik az ajtóhoz. A visszaküldési kérelemnél pontosan megadtam a készülék típusát, elégedett lennék, ha a FixPart javaslatot tenne, hogy melyik tartozékot rendeljem meg a visszaküldött helyett, illetve egy különbözet kifizetésével használhatnám a készülékemet.

Ahhoz képest hogy raktáron volt 1 hét kellett a szállításra, szánviteli bizonylatot a mai napig nem kaptam.

Kissé nehézkes a megrendelés menete.

A mosógép E13-at írt ki. Ez alaplap hiba. A mosógép az új alaplappal sem működik. Csatlakozókat ellenőriztem. Az érintőpanel az indítást nem engedélyezi, egyébként minden gomb, az indítógombot is beleértve megfelelően üzemel.

I was looking for a switch to replace the failed switch on my lawn room hot air blower and found a similar one in your assortment. I asked you questions about the specification of the switch, to which I received no substantive answer. I ordered the switch, I got it quickly, the mechanical size is right, but the electric operation is not. I went that way, but if I had received a proper answer from you, I would not have ordered the switch.

Megrendeléskor megadtam a pontos mosógép számot és az alapján megsem jó a szűrő. Kértek képet és fotót a mosógép számáról és ez alapján sem jó a szűrő. Visszaküldöm és így visszakapom a pénzem. De hol tudok venni mási alkatrész ha mindenhol ez a probléma.

Én két alkatrészt rendeltem, de csak az egyiket kaptam meg, vevőként elvárom hogy két vagy több alkatrészt rendelek akkor csak akkor küldjék ha mind raktáron van.

Írják rá a csomagra a vevő telefonszámát meg az e-mail címét.

Igen, van még hová fejlődni! Nem kaptam értesítést a csomag érkezéséről, ezért nem voltam otthon, amikor érkezett, így el kellett mennem a postára, ott parkolóhelyet kellett keresnem, a csomag nagy volt és nehéz.A csomagolás sérült volt! Az áru, amit rendeltem, rendben van. Talán a szállításon kellene javítani! Zsuzsanna

Your prices are good, the delivery was fast. But when I had a question about the compatibility, I got a confirmation without any details. The picture on the web shop looks like absolutely different. And the link in the mail pointing to absolutely different part to my machine. (instead of a grinder, a cooking grater)

Háromszor küldték ki a rendelt terméket

The behavior of the delivery partner (Magyar Posta) is simply ridiculous and unacceptable. They did not even attempt to deliver the parcel (not even once!!!), claiming that "the door of the house was closed". (there is this utter and pitiful lie registered in the tracking system twice) The doorbell was/is functional, but as per the timelaps video we made, the courier did not even try to stop by the house... We had to visit one of the Magyar Posta locations to receive the parcel. Obviously we were charged for such a "service". As long as FixPart keep Magyar Posta on their list of potential delivery solutions, we will not purchase anything in the future from this webshop.
