Az általam megrendelt alkatrész a honlap szerint raktáron volt, 1 - 3 napra írták a kézhezvételt. Ezzel szemben a hatodik napon mehettem érte a postára személyesen. Pedig házhoz szállításért fizettem önöknél ...
Az árú minősége, és a csomagolása tökéletes, le a kalappal a cég előtt!
Még aznap be is szereltem a TV-be, tökéletesen működik azóta is.
A postához visszatérve, a rendelésnél jó lenne ha lehetne kijelölni átvételi pontot, boxot.

A weboldalon a termék úgy volt feltüntetve, hogy raktáron. Kézbesítési idő 3-4 nap. Ezzel szemben több mint 1 hete várom a csomagot és a csomag nyomonkövető szerint még mindig Németországban van...

The behavior of the delivery partner (Magyar Posta) is simply ridiculous and unacceptable. They did not even attempt to deliver the parcel (not even once!!!), claiming that "the door of the house was closed". (there is this utter and pitiful lie registered in the tracking system twice) The doorbell was/is functional, but as per the timelaps video we made, the courier did not even try to stop by the house... We had to visit one of the Magyar Posta locations to receive the parcel. Obviously we were charged for such a "service". As long as FixPart keep Magyar Posta on their list of potential delivery solutions, we will not purchase anything in the future from this webshop.

The two products arrived at different times. so we had to wait twice for delivery.
At customer service is completely impotent. They informed me several times that the ordered product was not available and that the price would be returned.
Meanwhile, the product was still listed as in stock on the Fixpart website,
and with a slightly shorter deadline, but I got it.
Based on what I have experienced, sales and customer service are not aligned.

Sérelmezem, hogy ennyi pénzért csak egy fröccsenésgátló fedőt küldtek a közepe vagyis a mérőpohár nélkül. Azért egy ilyen műanyag fedőért ennyit elkérni. Kihasználják, hogy az emberek nem tudják hol szerezhetik be vagy a gyártók direkt nem árulnak pót alkatrészeket?

A netes felület egészen jó, könnyen kezelhető. Sajnos a rendelésembe hiba csúszott, nem azt a terméket kaptam meg, amit rendeltem, de aki dolgozik hibázhat is. Viszont a kommunikáció az csapni való. Telefonos elérhetőség nincs, és napi egy E-mailra futja az ügyfél szolgálatnak. Ezen lenne hova fejlődni...
