Recently I ordered my first pair of shoe from Guido Maggi. One thing for sure, the customer service experience is among the very top. Guido texted me directly to get my wants and likes and patiently explained the details of all aspects (sizes, fitting, materials etc) of my shoe. As I am in between sizes, I was asked to draw an outline of my feet and sent the drawing together with the side view of my feet to him. With the drawing, he concluded my size and fitting. 3 weeks later, my shoe was sent from Italy to Singapore. (Very fast!) I tried on the shoe immediately and I must tell you. It is very very nice and fit superbly. Thank you!!! Now looking through the catalog for my next pair. Well done, keep it up!!!
