The ordering experience was easy. The product arrived within the estimated time given. (Delivery to Ireland took 7 days). The package arrived safe and secure. The product that arrived was correct, exactly as described and in pristine condition. This is the second product I ordered from Berg Freunde and I am a very satisfied customer. To be picky, the only downside was with the delivery service, they did not seem to regularly update the tracking page so when the package arrived I was not expecting it and therefore may not have been available to take delivery.
one star ⭐ is to much already. firstly they did not place my phone no. on the parcel; i had to locate the parcel to drive over there and pay few bucks to get it, because was on the way back to bergfrende guys. 2ndly, the products were not properly displayed regarding size. In my case, i have purchased a cap which was kids size! the other produc was a Scott bike shorts, ad i have from some years now an old one, but this new one was way to large. I had unfortunately to pay money to get rid of bergfrende careless unpro operations they do! hopefully not with everybody; i have learn and ticket for to that was 9,95€uro. Apologies or discount No! no need for that. Disappointed -that is that period.

I bought a pair of Hoka Speed goat 5 boots, which were €150 in black/red colour, because they are €170 in black. Same products are €130 from Alltricks in all colours but they did not have my size. Your site is good but you need to be more competitive.

I didn't like that I placed an order at 22.00 and after 5 minutes I wrote an email for delete ii. The day after, at 9.00 am in morning I called for ask to delete the order but order was processed and so was no possible to delete it.

I bought a trouesers from ortovox 6 mounths ago. The trausers stiches went apart between the legs leaving me in the cold and wet for a few days. I wont a refund but no one from bergfreunde didn´t answer back after i send them the pictures they asked for. I also trayed to call them several times but no one answering. I claim my right for a refund of the bad item. Dont mention that my sport activity went tottaly bad when because my trauser get broken. Please make a refund possible as soon as possible cos i need a new pants for my sport activity but can´t buy them before i got the refund,. thx

Hello. I have 4 days from which to please cancel my order 34127698 of 31. 07. 2023 and return the money to my account. I made a mistake with the order and requested a cancellation. The history of my orders is not visible, I can see the canceled order in the status. The money paid has not returned to my account. I have sent several emails and things are the same. tent came in a huge empty box
I was ordering a tent and it came in a huge box, where would have been possible to add at least 3 more tents. No need to carry air, we should all take steps towards cleaner air, cleaner environment and that kind of choices dont help along.
Other than that, tent was great, as promised and it arrived later than promised, but i am living on a countryside, so it is rather normal.

A returning customer. I found very few of the brands that I bought previously were now stocked. I did feel that the prices had improved. The delivery service is as good as ever.
I haven't been back for a while as previously when I tried to return a wrong sized pair of unworn boots... the return was refused.... not a happy camper and shopped elsewhere since.

Billing info change not possible
Hello, as I have made my previous orders as a company, I was unable to change this during the payment process. Also its not possible to change my billing information from company to prive person in my profile so I had to make this order as a guest using different email.
Is there some specific way how to change my billing info ?

An expensive pair of base layer leggings I bought laddered like a pair of cheap tights on the second wear Joha is the brand -avoid! Also base layers advertised as being wool from Svala -but a layer of polyurethane (a nasty plastic I’m allergic to ) as a lining -overpriced & very cheap quality clothes

The shipping is slow, there is a problem with pictures
The shipping is slow, it takes many days to get the product shipped and the order still shows in "processing status".
The picture of the products have a problem, when selecting a color, if you look at the pictures sometimes it shows the chosen color, sometimes it shows other colors
