Sturdy packaging and fast shipping. The rower itself is well designed, sturdy and fonctional, except for the last bungee pulley (under the frame) that is a shame. My rower must be very old since the manufacturing date on the included batteries reads 2001 with an expiration date in 2004.

Obviously, it's not possible to rate the quality in time, but I'm very satisfied with device. I'm using 3 times/week and it's my first rower. The order/delivery workflow was very fast and correctly tracked. No problem when opening the package.
