Good quality and good service. I mean, the goods are as described and delivered reasonably fast. It would not hurt to make pre-formed layouts a bit more rigit and maybe more modular designs would find demand. Also, I find the bridge selection not oo large. Here as well more attention to modular options for long and curved bridges would benefit the cutomers. Just my own humble opinion.

Sono sempre alla ricerca di bei soggetti per i miei diorami e la gamma offerta da NOCH è molto vasta con articoli ben rifiniti e ben ambientabili. Sono forse lievemente più costosi di altri ma tutto è ripagato da un ottimo shop online che permette anche a chi come me è lontano da qualunque dettagliante di poter disporre di tutta la gamma.

The website is easy to use, and shipping is always fast. However, you use too much packaging. My last order was for a small pack of six Z-gauge figures, and it came in a package that would have housed a whole train set.

I find that the figures are produced to a great quality and well painted It is a shame that the EU requires such complex paperwork and delays . I would note that Noch does go overboard in packaging and it is somewhat unnecessary.
