The service, communication, speed, and manufacturing quality are top-notch. It was great to have a personal contact with Debora, this gave a feeling of high professionalism and trust. The website for uploading project files, checking BOM and ordering works great. The order was shipped within the expected time frame, and passed customs without complications. The boards are of great quality, our engineers are happy. We definitely plan to keep using Proto-Electronique for prototypes in the future. Suggestions/requests for the website: 1. When creating a new project, on the page "PCB Configuration", if I press "Go to component selection", the PCB configuration was lost for some reason. In order to keep the configuration, I had to first press "Save and remain on this page", and then "Go to component selection". The browser was Firefox under Ubuntu. I could not reproduce this issue today on a different system, so not sure if the report is valid. 2. It would be nice to have a way to clear the BOM. I have imported a wrong XLSX sheet by mistake, and needed to delete and restart the whole project, or manually remove 100+ component references. Would be convenient to have an option to clear BOM on the website. 3. For some reason, order OP034472 still shows as "Validation" on the "My orders" page, even though it was shipped and delivered. I also could not find shipment tracking information on the dashboard, but got it over email.

L'équipe a été très réactive et les échanges se sont passés sans souci. Il y a eu des modifications qui ont été faites sur mon fichier Gerber. J'aurais aimé qu'on me liste les modifications faites, car c'est long de comparer deux fichiers Gerber et de trouver les modifications.

Quick and easy quoting. Eady to find components and avaliability. Easy to specify PVB. Should be easier to follow status online, should be possible to see ststus of component purchase, pcb production etc. But not crutical, as they contact you if there is an important issue, so as long as you hear nothing it will follow schedule.

In our first design, time was of the highest importance and we paid for faster delivery. I was available at very short notice for any fixes that were needed for fabrication, but we felt that the responses were a bit too slow, resulting in us receiving the PCBA's a day or two later than what was agreed. On the other side, the next order went well since there wasn't the same kind of rush, and this was the first time I personally was ordering parts to assemble through the web interface and it all went smoothly. Also worth noting that we appreciate the uncommon request to keep track of individual parts with labels that we sent for assembly.
