I bought eight banana plugs that are somewhat difficult to find in Canada. I didn't want to buy anything from the US so I found them at SoundImports. The amplifier is great, it works exactly as I expected. I’m using it with a pair of Yamaha NS-10 speakers, which previously had a slightly weaker amp (60W at 8 ohms), and the difference is noticeable — the sound is a bit more articulated. I bought the speaker upgrade with Jantzen capacitors from soundimports.eu as well.
I’m not an audio purist, even though I work professionally in audio production every day, but the combination of 1.5 mm Jantzen speaker cables, the Fosi ZA3 amp, and the upgraded crossovers with Jantzen Superior components really makes a difference.
I’m curious to hear how the amp will sound with my ATC SCM19s when I have the time to test it.
