So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

I can see your samples arrived at our lab Thursday 15th February and the results emailed Monday 19th February. While mail delays are out of our control, we understand how frustrating and inconvenient these can be. Hi Barb, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the testing. Please be aware that we do not test for fructose or lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance, despite the name, is not an intolerance (IgG) but rather rather a deficiency in lactase to digest the lactose. In addition to this, we do not test for fructose on our blood intolerance test. Overall Disappointed. Would not trust.

The process of receiving my kit, doing the blood samples and receiving my results was smooth - no concerns. However, the results and the customer service was poor and requires improvement. Unfortunately, the results I received were showing some highly inaccurate results or maybe they sent someone else's results. There were "High" allergies shown to foods and fur that I have never had or on the opposite end, am very aware of the allergies I have and it showed none. I requested a review from customer service - it took 4 emails, 3 chat bots to get a proper response - incredibly poor customer service. While I understood the explanation of their blood sampling, I am not confident in Allergy Test australia's methods or consider them trustworthy. I went and re-did my blood tests with my GP, coming back which results that actually made sense.

The test was inaccurate. Upon asking for a refund I was second guessed by the staff member. Once supplying proof of my dogs allergies and vet visits no response.

Waste of money, waste of time. Very poor instructions in how to self test. Customer service takes days to reply to emails. Spent almost $100 and straight in the bin. The needle prices didn't work and could not draw blood and unfortunately you only get 1 go. Don't make same mistake as me. Avoid this company.

I can see you reached out to our LiveChat and Ticket team on our website, and our team member Lucie provided further instructions on completing your testing and offered a free replacement kit with additional lancets to help you to complete your testing. However, this offer was refused and instead, you opted for a refund following the return of the unused test kit. Unfortunately, we could only provide a partial refund the kit you had already used, but did offer to replace it free of charge if you wanted to proceed with the testing. Had to follow up 3 times with the company where my testing kit was. Significantly delayed delivery. Now, I am still waiting to receive my test results a week later after sending back. Even though I was given an "express processing" code for the delayed delivery. Has not been a positive experience so far.

Express processing means we will email the results within 2 working days of us receiving the sample in laboratory.
