Slow, poor communication, inaccurate website The test is sent to the UK if you are in Australia - they don’t tell you this. So it takes a LOOOONNNGG time. And then the results weren’t sent through to me - some sort of technical glitch. Nobody contacted me, it was left to me to follow up, then when I did they went “so sorry”. Not sure about the results themselves. They seem interesting, but mostly point to a severe allergic reaction to something they didn’t test for, so not especially helpful. But not their fault. Otherwise the allergies seem accurate to what I already knew. The intolerances are interesting, I will have to see if they are on point. But mostly my bad review is due to the poor information and very delayed service. Should do better.,

You have not responded to emails, requesting the report that has never been completed. I believe that you are a scam. I paid for a faster process, nothing. Tried ringing your company the phone number doesn’t work.

Everthing is so, so slow. I have now been waiting almost two weeks since posting in my sample. It took some time to receive my sample kit. Also I was billed from a UK (a GB, Leiceste Merchant). Its Allergy test "Australia". Started this process, paid/ordered on 28 Feb. Very disappointed.

Sent my test back over 2-3 weeks ago and haven’t had any results sent back. I paid for the fast results. Feel I would have been better just going to a doctor.

Unable to speak to anyone for help regarding my order, how to send samples back etc, haven’t received any testing kits even though they have been paid for.

not all the required elements were in my kit, I have heard nothing since sending it off, no results, I am not entirely sure this whole thing isn't a scam.

I posted the samples back but never heard anything from them. No results were received.

They never provided my results and just refunded me. Waste of time.

Poor delivery

I ordered my test many weeks ago, simple instructions, paid my money for the most complete test kit (>$200) and sent back as instructed. I have had to chase the results and still after many weeks do not have my results. I have received many emails asking about my experience for a test i still am yet to receive my results. They then sent me "my results" but inadvertently sent me the results of another patient which is so unprofessional. I am a health care practitioner and have found the experience frustrating and less than ideal. I am over $200 out of pocket and I still do not have my results despite requesting many times. I would like my money back please.

Tested my son for allergies. His known allergies did not come up but others did. When asked for the 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied they refused to provide it! Waste of time and money

No customer service after I was given an incorrect address to send the sample. Staff could not care less. Very sad.

The experience was good however I know I am gluten intolerant and nothing showed up. Really disappointed, I thought this test may help change my uncomfortableness. Everything I seem to be in high % I don’t even hardly eat. Waste of money for me…sorry

Very slow to get received email, inquiry emails and Facebook messages don’t get answered. Feels like a scam. Much dearer than other companies. Didn’t respond to an email about troubleshooting. Multiple people online state the same issues.

The allergy test results were for my staffy and the results were not what I expected for example it stated that she is highly allergic to green tea an other stuff that humans are allergic to she is a dog.

I havent recieved my results or an answer as to where it's up to, I've emailed multiple times with no response.
