So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

Slow and poor service

Slow, poor communication, inaccurate website The test is sent to the UK if you are in Australia - they don’t tell you this. So it takes a LOOOONNNGG time. And then the results weren’t sent through to me - some sort of technical glitch. Nobody contacted me, it was left to me to follow up, then when I did they went “so sorry”. Not sure about the results themselves. They seem interesting, but mostly point to a severe allergic reaction to something they didn’t test for, so not especially helpful. But not their fault. Otherwise the allergies seem accurate to what I already knew. The intolerances are interesting, I will have to see if they are on point. But mostly my bad review is due to the poor information and very delayed service. Should do better.,

The experience was good however I know I am gluten intolerant and nothing showed up. Really disappointed, I thought this test may help change my uncomfortableness. Everything I seem to be in high % I don’t even hardly eat. Waste of money for me…sorry

The allergy test results were for my staffy and the results were not what I expected for example it stated that she is highly allergic to green tea an other stuff that humans are allergic to she is a dog.

Can’t really judge until I see the results

Can’t really judge until I see the results… Would like to see postage included as I had to go to the post office to buy a 1x postage stamp.

The results were quite confusing. For example, it stated my dog was highly sensitive in some types of food & my thoughts was to remove them from her diet where I can. But under nutritional balances it says she is lacking in certain requirements, but they form part of the foods that she has a higher sensitivity to.

The Service was slow ....

The Service was slow and not as indicated on the website. Having paid extra for express service to Allergy Test and express mail to return the test. All the documentation was not with the original kit. The "Submission Card was Not Provided" and liasing with Allergy Test. Maybe allow staff to liase with the customer to make a common sense practical solution? It was not clear on the website that the tests were to be conducted in the UK. It was indicative the Test would be done in Australia which would have been a quicker process. On a positive note the results were the same as I received from my own Doctor

Limited value

I found the report was very limited compared to other food sensitivity tests that I am aware of that are far more comprehensive and specific There were a lot of pages in the report but most of it was general information

Couriers used

The courier, Sendle, which is used for parcels is destroying the ratings. Delivery promised between 3-5 business days after leaving warehouse. It was more like 21 days. Terrible service from courier!

The results weren't very useful, and have contradicted some data I have received from GP's and dermatologists regarding issues I am having.

I paid and ordered for a 500 + allergy test and the results were no were near that many and very vague to say the least.

Product Delay & Poor Customer Service

I sent 4 samples at the same time and paid additional for express testing. My 4 orders came in within a 2 week period of each other. When I emailed to confirm whether the sample had been received I was told that "I can wait".

I have looked into this for you and I can see a follow-up email was sent correcting this to "I can see that only one sample has been received till now. You can wait and contact us after a couple of days regarding the status of the samples. When we receive your samples then the normal processing time to prepare the results is 3-5 business days but if somebody pays for the fast track then the processing time is reduced to 48 hours. Took longer than advertising

The hair test took way longer than advertised and the report is very confusing in regards to the metals, hormones etc as it doesn’t indicate if your “imbalance” is high or low, so I don’t know how to treat the issues found.

The log-in process and tracking processes were horrible, I had to reach out to actually get any sort of details on my order. Alex who helped me was great I appreciate them but I shouldn't have needed to reach out like that.

it took a long time to receive the kit after paying, i have sent back my samples about 2 weeks ago and have still not heard anything back, all up it is a long process to get a result.

Not crash

Not all allergies are correct that they say. And they loose tests had to repeat 3 times to a disabled child.
