Well I eventually got my part after about a month first of all, it took two weeks to get a Reply saying they had the part and then it was approximately two weeks before I received it. They had the wrong house number on the package. I live number five and they had 15, I eventually received it anyway everything is okay. For such a small item, sticking it in an envelope and put a stamp on it, it probably would have got here quicker. I thought it was a little expensive as well €32 Edward travers

The part I ordered was forty euro on the Miele website less than a year ago. You charged double that price which is after all a piece of foam cut in a certain shape. I did not realise that I had ordered the filter from non Miele outfit. I think it was daylight robbery but I needed the product. It also took longer than I expected to reach me. Not a very satisfactory event from my perspective.

Photos might be a bit clearer. I chose a product by mistake which is too small. The delivery person just threw the packet inside the front door with the result that the dog thought it was a toy and chewed the packaging! Not your fault of course but the product cannot be sent back and I have to order a new one! Other than that the service was good - quick delivery!

While the product is great, the shipping estimates are very questionable. Further, I was only informed of such delays when contacting customer service - with the product order in October and not received until mid-December - with the website noting the product was immediately available for shipping.

Glad I found a replacement for my mother fridge but completely overpriced. €44 for the drawer door!! And €5 for postage which wasn't bad, but overall cost €49 for a little door is just day light robbery. Bar that the company appears to be very professional and provide very good email updates.

First attempt at delivery failed, allegedly due to insufficient address which wasn't true. I provided all details. Second attempt was successful but had to pay for delivery again 8.95 euro! Fridge item fits perfectly nut what a long process. Should have used DHL the first time round.

The tracking link was in Italian, this doesn’t get an auto translate option in iPhone. There was an error in the shipping address but the tracker gave me no option to inform you if correct address. As a result the ‘parcel’ seemed to be static in Germany fir a number of days.

As I am from ireland and your website ends with .IE. I was surprised that my item came from France and took nearly a week before arrival even I paid extra for fast delivery. Very disappointed and will think twice before using your website again.

The part you supplied was perfect but the delivery service takes far too long, can't track the parcel and when I did try to track, I got a bot in French. Please upgrade your delivery service.

I was very happy with the initial process and found your system very easy navigate. However, I ordered my item on 8th June and I haven't received it yet and I haven't received any updates.

Dealings with fix part were ok but Track and trace was a disaster. At no time was I able to see when my item would be delivered. Site kept saying they had not received item for delivery.

Fix part shipped efficiently but dhl delivery service poor and very slow I’m still waiting for essential washing machine part and have no idea when delivery will take place

Very long delivery, and charges import fee to Ireland, even its .ie website. ( without mentioning about it) Other than that, parts comes as it should be.

Order was placed on 27/12/23. Item was not received until. 5/1/24. A very long delivery time. Much longer than the 3-5 days as per your schedule

Part was correct, but was very expensive for what it is. I work in the trade. Could get it for 1/3rd of the price but was out of stock. Thanks.

more detailed description required. The part matches the model number, but works differently and only performs 50% of its functions.

First delivery didn't materialise. Second delivery went well. Had to pay for delivery twice. Hard to fathom. Part is perfect.

€8.95 for delivery which took 8 days, not the 3-5 days mentioned on the website. At least it was the correct part that arrived.

Find delivery time really slow, would be reluctant to order parts in emergency situations, otherwise excellent service

On the site I ordered it from it said 2-4 days delivery, it took 11. The part was as ordered and worked perfectly
