quick service - havent tried the item yet. the customer service is slightly to slow - contacted the CS to try to make changes to the order - 3 sec after submitting the order but haven't heard back from them for about 36h hours and in the mean time the order was packed and shipped so - great for speedy process when you do not need to adjust the order :)

Part was perfect. Customer support is useless, I sent a picture of the removed part requesting a measurement confirmation. To get a stupid question requesting the model and number. To have removed the part I'm sure I would have that, if it hadn't been worn off during cleaning. 😭

Part arrived promptly ands as described. Mt name was not on the parcel so it took some time for our admin staff to figure out it was for me

Part. didnot fit.Had to send part back to Germany Cost 28 euros from ireland Hard to believe as there is a depot in Dublin.

Parts were exactly as requested, priced ok, would be better using dpd instead of an post.

Lighter mesh than original, otherwise fits perfectly.

Easy to find part on Web site.arrived on time.

This has to be a mixed review. I ordered the door seal for a Hotpoint Fridge and needed additional information as the exact model was not listed. I got a very quick and competent response indicating that an Ariston part was a replacement. .. So first class response. The item was ordered and would have been caught up in Easter mail, but it's delivery times from Germany to Ireland was very credible ..again first class or close. Now it gets a little tricky .. it has the same dimensions, nominally but is slightly different . It seems the plastic bead in the seal used to grip the groove in the door is either a tiny bit thinner or more pliable than the original , so that getting a good seal is worse than the original in which the bead is more rigid So Sorry..

Excellent service, easy to use site, correct part, excellent communications on delivery. Part arrived well packaged. One small thing, there was a delay between accepting the order and actual despatch which was not well communicated to me, fix that and you are perfect.

Order, processing and updates were excellent and had the part not been found and shipped from Germany I would have given 5 stars. At no point was I told that parts may be sourced overseas or I would have just bought onbe from there to start with.

Sourcing ordering tracking and delivery of part excellent. Unfortunately a little crack in part ordered. Perhaps more packing required. Overall good experience

good overall but tracking could have been better as was approx 4 days with no update to tracking info. We were quoted 2 - 4 days but was more like 8

I was delighted the shelf door fit on the fridge as I was worried about it being incorrect. It fit perfectly. The price was very expensive though.

Prompt delivery of the product I purchased was excellent. Clearer picture of the product on the site would be an advantage.
