The item ran out of stock before they could deliver. I would prefer to have been informed rather than going digging in my account “recent order” to find out. That said when I queried the delay they (Pía) replied very promptly with a full explanation. Once back in stock it arrived very quickly via Chronopost in France and DPD here in Ireland. The item is perfect and just as ordered. (8/10) I found the Chronopost tracking app unhelpful. It made no reference to shipping and hand over to our local courier. (4/10) I only became aware of DPD’s involvement when they arrived at the door. They did their job promptly. (10/10). I would be happy to use FixPart again because of their quality and support.

Great that you had the part I was looking for. Including shipping it worked out more expensive than I would have liked to pay but you were one of only a few vendors in the EU with the part I needed. This would have been a 5 start review if the costs were not as high for a Pyrex microwave plate.

You should add Xpelair Model 91203AW to your manufacturer list as the carbon filters - Eurofilter for FK179F Cooker hood Kit - are a perfect replacement ( purchase based on the Photos and tech details ). I took a risk and it paid off brilliantly !

easy to find the parts and product description gave a good explanation of the part and if it was original replacement or a suitable generic part. The parts we ordered was a generic and fixed well and work well.

Perfect fit and exactly the part I was looking for. Only downside is the top of the flap colour was transparent but my freezer has a silver coloured flap, other than that really happy.

The Freezer compartment door part was exactly correct, however, it would have been nice to know that the door did not come with the retaining hinge pins which are a plastic part about the size of a Red Rawlplug. One of these had to be purchased separately for an additional €28 (19.05 plus 8.95 shipping picture below). This has delayed my repair by several days to ship the additional part. Given that the door cost €170 delivered, I am up to €200 to replace a Freezer Compartment door, in a fridge freezer that new probably cost €400. The part is injection molded plastic, and probably manufacturing costs for both door and hinge pins run to no more than €20-30 and although I know there is a cost to stocking parts, this does seem excessive. To be fair to fixpart other vendors charge similar costs. I still feel that including the hinge pins would have been a fairer approach.

Helpful website. By contacting them, they sent me pictures and I was able to purchase the part I needed exactly.The packaging it came in , though recyclable, I felt could have been reduced. I thought the box way too big for the size of the I was purchasing. Overall, I was delighted to be able to purchase just the part I needed, and nothing more.

That I found a part that was very difficult to source. The part fit and was the authentic part for the machine (Siemens American style fridge). The only hesitation I had on ordering the part was that your site didn't list the measurements of the part. If this was included I would have been less hesitant to order
