I originally had ordered this part from another website which gave me a delivery date of 3-5 business days. When that rolled around and still nothing had arrived I tried to follow up with them and the item was actually on back order for an estimated additional month. I cancelled that order and went to FixParts who had the exact item - ordered on a Monday and the part was here by Friday with ZERO hassle. Will never be using the other site for any items again.

I ordered a part on 05/06/23, it said when I ordered 3-5 days for delivery. Today
16/06/23 and still not arrived. I have emailed twice and told that they are waiting on the suppliers to respond to them. Not good enough, if part did not meet deadline that was promised they should get the supplier to send another one. I will not be ordering anything from fixpart ever again.

The oven door seal fitted perfectly. Prompt postage, given the fact that I ordered during the middle of the Christmas holidays.
My only comment was I thought the postage price was a little expensive for such a small item. Could this be reviewed and based on weight/siE of the package? Thank you.

Check the stock and availability, because when I order it said on website was in stock and the delivery time was the x amount of days. After you have paid you receive an email with diferent delivery times that's what needs to work in my opinion, the rest is excellent.

I would prefer a little more help in dignosing issue and maybe suggestions as to what to check before ordering and finding out that part was indeed NOT THE ISSUE ……

Bought a part for my refrigerator and sorted the issue no bother.
Only issue I had was delivery took longer than I expected given the delivery costs charged. Better communication on delivery & tracking would be good. However I would have no hesitation in ordering again.

The website was easy to follow, I was able to order what I required.
I tracked my package from Belgium through France. It arrived in Ireland and was in the parcel centre for 4 days. Delivery was good after that.

It was easy enough to find the right part for my fridge freezer.
Downside when I emailed you to make sure the part was the correct one, I did not get a response.
The ordering process went without any problem and the item arrived in relatively good time.

Initially I was sent a completely different item to the one I ordered, and I had to make a customer complaint. The response was prompt and my original order was then sent a few days later, after been asked to keep the wrong item. Great service.

Shipping could be faster, took 2 weeks but it's nearly Christmas so maybe that is why.
Part does the job but is not exactly compatible 100%. It's maybe a millimeter too big on the lid (water tank for coffee machine) so it's hard to open it

Found the correct part fairly easily and the picture helped confirm. My order arrived within 5 working days and worked fine. The parcel tracking wasn't useful as it stopped at the German border, day 1 of shipping schedule.

Site is easy to navigate and ordering is quick. Updates from their carrier could be better item recieved 5 days after delivery instead of promised 2 days. Items are shipped from Netherlands not Ireland.
