Every interaction I've had with Corvus Belli has been a positive experience. They're always quick to respond to inquiries, shipping is prompt for orders, and it's clear they are focused on the customer experience. The one time I've had a mispacked product, I filled out the form on their site, had a response within a day, and had received the missing part quickly. Keep up the outstanding work!

The store works well and is useful both for shopping and also for browsing models. Overall easy enough to navigate. As far as improvements, it would be nice to have the currency shown change based on selected country (USD) rather than seeing Euros. It would also be nice to have subfactions available as filter choices and/or to have the faction logos show up in the main model image or in it's name (nice that they're listed int he description though).

Great webstore. I like the search function because you can search for a single unit and the results will include the box in which that unit is included. My one complaint would be that items that you add to the card leave the card after 60 minutes. At one time I added 10+ items to the cart, and then they started falling out one by one and I hadn´t been paying attention so I didn´t know which items were still there and which were gone. Overall great webstore.

The store itself is excellent. Orders go through smoothly even withiut having an account. Received everything I ordered, and within stated delivery times. Minor critique: Quality control of the individual box contents should be tightened because some unit cards were missing in my last order (Tunguska jurisdictional command starter pack and Mechazoid Sokorentai). Printed them with army codes and card generator, so no big issue, but still they should have been included.

What I liked: Amount of product available and speed of shipping. What could be done better?: Have the each faction under it's own menu/page to make finding miniatures for each faction easier/quicker. Keep up the great work, you all have some excellent games with solid rules. Thank you and have a great day.

The layout for the site is quite well designed and informative however i believe it could benefit with showing more pictures, scale of the miniatures. Also potentially including some better wording for action packs containing everything you require to start, accidentally bought the starter box that i already owned half of due to not realizing the terrain packs contained the tokens as well as structures.

I believe you have the best store and the best customer service among all miniature games stores in the world. Don't change a thing, you are the best. If only I had more money or your minis and shipping were cheaper I would definitely be buying much more often

First time ever ordering from you guys. Located in South East Asia right now. Package arrived startlingly fast. 💨 Like wow was it fast. I order a lot over here, and things take weeks sometimes, and I’m happy being patient. But wow these guys are fast. And great packaging. 📦

While browsing the shop on mobile, if you make a search on the drop down panel the panel stays down after the search is concluded. Sometimes the screen keyboard also stays up and the combined effect is that the search result is hidden under the two panels, no prompt or info is given the search gave results. This has lead me several times to wait for some reason the panels to pop off and show the search result, instead I had to manuallu click the panels away to see the result. Somewhat irritating, but manageable

We ordered during a busy time and they got the items to us within a week international. I am seriously impressed with how they have improved their process from the past when I was ordering from them years ago. Corvus Belli has always been a company I have wanted to give my support to, but it is nice to see that, now that we (partner and I) are jumping back into it, how they have improved not only the sculpts but just the overall ordering/shipping process.

Prompt responses and whip crack shipping made for a smooth, and excellent experience. The extra lil Infinity coin packed in with my order was a nice surprise as well.

Please go back to using resealable bags and stop using single use plastics for packaging. Please go back to listing contents of models on your boxes as the QR code method is highly inconsistent. Please go back to the Operation Icestorm style of new player starter packs and Sandtrap has confused newer players and isn’t immediately playable out of the box and so fails the Christmas morning test. Finally, please go back to selling units of troops in a box instead of this mix and match approach. To get the models I want I have to go to eBay if I don’t want to buy stuff I don’t want/need. Billing options are great, store is complete but the categorization between action pack/essential/miniatures is void of sense. Essential shall be filters, pack & miniature are one and same for a buyer. What interest me is Factions/Sectorials.

I liked that you had this type of terrain still in stock as no UK retailer seemed to. Unrelated to this order but some general and hopefully constructive feedback: 1) I really wish you’d return to having the contents of your boxes be listed on the box to show which units/loadouts are contained within, it’s just more convenient as a customer to see this than it is to scan a QR code. 2) I really wish you’d go back to using sealable plastic bags instead of those vacuum sealed ones. The sealable bags were, at least, reusable. The vaccum-sealed ones are one use only and that feels a little environmentally irresponsible if I’m honest. 3) I really hate, and I know that’s a strong word but I feel strongly about it, I hate the way you’ve started splitting units into different boxes. All it’s done for me is drive me to eBay to buy individual models from split box services. I’d rather spend my cash at a local retailer or direct with you but there’s no incentive for me to buy a box with 1 model I need and 3 that I already have. It just feels consumer unfriendly. Visiting the online store was a no fuss experience. This is especially important to me as Corvus Belli products aren’t widely stocked where I live in Australia.

Products are exceptional, and the supports are fast to respond. Timed promtions could use more informations on the site. For exemple that Sock Army will ship only weeks after the end of the promotion.

You quickly ger an overview of all available products. Delivery is allways super fast. However, I thimk the discount coupons should be valid for a longer time. But otherwise, I‘m very satisfied.

The shipping was super quick. I ordered from the US and got it in less than a week! I was not anticipating paying customs fees. The items ended up costing me $50 more than I anticipated.
