Very bad, my company bought a shower room from them, the door was installed for the client, due to the design feature of the door, the water flowing down the door is beaten off the tray and jumps out, and since the glass at the bottom of the door is round

Although the product looks great, the mirror arrived at my house completely shattered. I understand that it is more of the shipping company’s fault but Bernstein has not replied to my several emails as of yet and when trying to call their customer service they only speak German and are very unhelpful and I have not heard back from anyone who can help me with this situation.

Our order wasn’t boxed correctly therefore parts fell out during transit so we cannot use the shower that we purchased. I have tried many many times to contact Bernstein but I never get a reply.
