In Augsburg, this is the only merchant that accepts immediate direct online payments with a credit card and is able to ensure the delivery with DHL the next day after the order has been made and paid. And direct online payments are a big issue. I spent two whole days checking each and every shop - all of them just accept PayPal, or do a lengthy "we'll e-mail you an invoice, then you transfer money, after that we'll do delivery, it won't take long, just a week or two" type of business, or just outright lie about existence of online payments just to get your data. The same refers to the choice of products - if they have photos, they don't give prices, but most just have a couple of photos not even related to exact product offer. Finally, I was able to congratulate my sister on her 45th birthday with a big bunch of red roses. Which I was not able to do 5 years ago when I just got cheated by another online flower shop and the flowers were never delivered. My sister's happy, I'm happy, and I do hope blumenshop.com keeps up the good work as now that I'm sure the delivery will be carried out perfectly I'll become quite a regular customer.

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and paid for delivery, expecting them to arrive within 1-2 days. However, the flowers showed up really late and in wrong pickup location, and I didn't receive any information or updates from the shop. I tried reaching out to you, but you didn't respond to my messages. Days went by, and I was informed by DHL that the receiver had allegedly changed the pickup location to a parcel box. This made no sense, and it was disappointing that my friend had to go out of their way to pick up their own birthday present. The whole experience was frustrating and upsetting, especially since I had paid for delivery and expected the shop to take care of everything. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service. The lack of communication and poor delivery made the whole experience a complete letdown, and it ruined my friend's birthday present.

Ruined my friend's birthday present

Unreliable

Totally unreliable in terms of stated delivery time/ place. And when you contact their customer service you get told it is not their fault, it is your fault. I ordered on Wednesday for delivery on Saturday, but my flowers didn’t arrive at their destination until Monday.. What is the point of a beautiful bouquet if it arrives too late for the occasion you have bought it for, and is moreover dead by the time your recipient gets it? Extremely disappointing service.

Please note that the delivery on the desired delivery day, with the shipping method you selected, the standard shipping, is not guaranteed. When selecting the shipping method, we explicitly point out that the delivery of standard shipping takes 1-2 business days after we have handed over the package to our shipping partner DHL. All packages are shipped the day before the requested delivery date, regardless of the order date.

Awful service

I ordered the delivery of flowers for my girl on her birthday, choosing the most expensive type of delivery in the hope that it will make her a surprise. as a result, the delivery driver, couldn't find the right apartment and didn't deliver a bouquet ! although I left my phone number so he could call if something goes wrong. in general, I am very dissatisfied with this service and do not recommend it if you want to make someone a gift !

If a package cannot be delivered, according to our shipping and delivery conditions, the delivery will be made to a neighbor or the shipment will be taken to a post office branch for pickup. This is at the discretion of the deliverer. In your case, the shipment was taken to the branch. Please note that our shipping partner does not call any recipient regarding delivery.

The flowers were meant to be delivered as a holiday gift on April 5th (was ordered on March 30th and said delivery date was mentioned). This review is written on April 10th and the flowers are yet to be delivered!

Send wrong and dead flowers

I ordered some flowers for my gf's birthday, and well, I'm not sure what happened but it seems that she received completely different flowers than the picture. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Also, the flowers arrived dead. 1st picture is what I ordered online, 2nd and 3rd are the pictures of the actual flowers.

cancel my order

My order was cancel without any other possibility to change it. I have ordered an orchid and with one day before delivery my order was cancelled. My friend has received the flowers after three days from her birthday. Totally unprofessional.
