I have to say that the service of Lampandlight is at a supreme level. I have been buying goods online for 25 years and I have never before had such an experience. Firstly , the prices were very attractive and the variety of products offered were outstanding from high end to low the choice was as broad as one could wish for.
Transaction was smooth from payment to confirmation and I was eager to see how the delivery would be executed. Amazingly my delivery arrived 4 days later , Ordered Thursday Received Monday, I was blown away , great , great company .

The units supplied all appear to be faulty, they will come on after repeatedly having to with on and off and then will only stay on for about two minutes. Not the same quality as you have supplied me before. Please let know if you can supply a much better quality unit, the price does not bother me, I simply want the very best unit of exactly the same dimensions. Bad customer experience
I like the lamp but customer service was especially bad. I wouldn't shop with lampandlight again. Also the .ie website gives the impression this is an Irish company but goods are sent from the Netherlands.

I was pleased with the product I purchased but not with the delivery of it. I thought the process was unclear. I was led to believe it would arrive on a particular day and stayed home all that day. It did not arrived. I had sent a message to customer service and they assured me it would arrive that day. Next day I was out of the house when I got a call to say they delivery van was at my address. Luckily I wasn't too far away and rushed back to take delivery.

Maddy fan whit light.
Happy with this lamp with fan. We wanted a ceiling fan to distribute the heat from the aircon in the winter. But not a large model although these are usually better and quieter. But the Maddy fan with lamp succeeds in this very well. Position 1 appears to be sufficient to distribute the heat. the lamp has four different colors of white and is dimmable. Also for the best price.

Outstanding for Choice, Price and Customer Service
A wide and varie choice of lanps at very competative prices was most attractive. This was supported by prompt delivery of my order. However, the lamp was damaged in tranit. The responce from the Customer Support Team was prompt, polite and helpful. A replacement lamp was with me in days. I rate this company as outstanding; an example of how shoping on line should be.

An extensive range of quality lamps at very competative prices. We found exactly what we wanted and our order arrived within three days. Unfortunatly, the lamp was slightly damaged in transit. I had a very poiite and apologetic reply to my email within hours and a replacememt lamp arrived within days.
I can not rate the product and service highley enough!
