Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my bank and the customer care team provided me with guidance and reassurance.
Fast production and delivery process, I ordered from UK at the end of june and my chest of drawers was delivered early septemeber.
The chest of drawers looks gorgeous, high quality material and no issues during the assembly.
I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Pickawood service to everyone. It worth every single penny.

First, the assembly instructions are horrible. Tiny print and very poor labelling of pieces. We spent hours trying to figure out which part was which. Please number the parts! It's not hard and it makes life infinitely easier. Also, number the bolts and nuts. It's not always clear which is supposed to go where. And please show us more than one side of the furniture. There were pieces hidden from us because they were supposed to be behind in the 2d image. Second, the doors do not align properly. There are gaps between the doors and the frames and the gaps are uneven for all sides and all doors. Not great. The piece took many weeks to be ready, I expected a bit more. There are not many options for choosing on their website. That said, for a [pseudo-]bespoke piece of furniture, it's reasonably priced. The general quality of the object seems to be decent, it looks sturdy, seems generaly good and gets the job done. Only time will tell whether it was a good investment or not. Delivery was beautifully handled.

Could have been 5 stars for it not for the delivery. Nowhere on pickawood website does it say U.K. delivery won’t carry goods up past 2 floor. The delivery subcontractor isn’t great (they were tardy with limited communication, the operations center was clueless)… it’s a real shame. Would I order products again yes, if they change their delivery partner. Otherwise product is decent but not worth the pain of delivery

moeilijk om in mekaar te zetten , handvaten staan op verschillende plekken en deurtjes hebben verschillende afmetingen. De gebruiksaanwijzing die erbij was gaat over de kasten in het algemeen en dus niet over de kast die jij koopt.
