Great customer service! At the time of my purchase, there was a problem with the paypal service and my payment could not get through even though I tried to pay twice. Lenka from customer service was very helpful, and evetually everything was sorted out. I received my order swiftly and the refund for an extra payment has been refunded in no time. This was my first purchase with freshables, and I am sure I will be ordering from them again in the future.

Free shipping but when you want to return it’ll cost you a fortune. You have to ship the goods all the way to Czech Republic. Which costs me at least 16 EUR. They do not want to offer me a return label. Ridiculous practices for a business in 2023. Avoid this company.

Hi Vincenzo, thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it. :) Regarding return shipping costs - we try to support our philosophy and concept of sustainability by letting the customer pay the return shipping. We want to reduce unnecessary returns and sending packages back and forth as much as possible. We believe that with this in mind, each customer will think carefully about their purchase and choose the items they really want to keep. Of course, we let customers choose their own carriers, according to their own needs and preferences. For example, DHL Go Green is one of the cheaper and more environmentally friendly options to send a parcel back to us. :) We hope you will be sympathetic to that. Kind regards, Lenka/ FL
