Review summary
Many customers praise the fast shipment, high product quality—highlighting durability and appearance—and the careful, protective packaging. Good or fair pricing is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, and customers often appreciate clear updates and responsive communication. Additionally, most customers who had issues found complaint resolution to be quick and satisfactory. However, there are reports of delivery delays from a notable minority, and some customers were disappointed with the product quality. Several reviews highlight inadequate or poor packaging that led to damage, and communication is sometimes described as slow, absent, or unclear. A few customers also experienced unsatisfactory complaint resolution.

I ordered 2x ceramic bowls for kneading dough. The invoice was indeed described (in Polish) as a bowl for kneading dough, but the inside part was not glazed but rough like flower pots and even grooved. I gave up on the complaint, but I am quite disappointed.

Super ok
We really liked the playground with sand, but we got confused at the last step of assembly because it wasn't well explained how to install the hinges. We improvised in the end.

If you could cast a small cast iron door for the WOOD STOVE: "CAMINO" MADE IN GERMANY. SEND PHOTO OF THE STOVE AND THE DOOR THAT BROKE AFTER

Reply from Kotarbau.ro
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not produce cast iron parts on demand and cannot reproduce doors based on photos or individual sizes. We only offer the standard models available in our store. We recommend checking their dimensions to see if any model is compatible with your "Camino" stove.

Nakúpil by som znovu.
