Stellar customer service, I honestly don't think it could be better. Over all great experience, there were some issues with the courier but you can't really do much about that. The weightlifting training bar surpasses my expectations at the price point. Finish is great, knurling is perfect for training imho, tolerances over all are tight, whip is good and the spin is smooth. The only thing I'd change if I could do whatever I wanted is a slightly less sharp center knurl but that's just my preference
