The product was delivered in a reasonable time and matches the description, being of quality. Later, I encountered issues logging into the account and using the discount obtained for a new order. Weeks have passed and the problem has not been resolved. I will create another account but lost the discount. So the support leaves much to be desired.

Diablo X-Horn 2.0 ... interesting chair, but to the point: Positives: * worth it at promotional price * good material * additional features like adjustable armrests or reclining support * personalized head pillow * extra back pillow Negatives: * size M and seems a bit deep seat * armrests could move further or be longer * the backrest should push a bit forward for better support, this is missing. Summary: At work, I sat on a more comfortable leather office chair, but without such features that this chair has. Overall, I recommend it, it can be adjusted to fit yourself and that is the most important. The company is great, everything arrived quickly.

Kisfiamnak vettem az íróasztalhoz és a gamerkedéshez, eddig nagyon bevált. Úgy gondolom így akciós áron többen hozzájuthatnak ehhez a magas minőségű gamer székhez. :) Nekem megérte, a kisfiam örült nagyon így teljesen elégedettek vagyunk a székkel. Kényelmes, állítható, szövet. Jó szívvel ajánlom másoknak is, csak vigyázni kell, nem szabad függővé válni ;)

The chair is truly of excellent quality, you can tell just from the weight. Solid, well-built, it assembles in 10 minutes with an included Allen key. The screws are also of high quality and cotton gloves are provided to avoid fingerprints on the metal parts. I recommend getting help with the assembly as the backrest and seat are really heavy.

Seems really like a good product, the only drawback is the screws that attach the chair to the plate that connects it to the frame, I would have preferred them less protruding and I shortened them so as not to affect the upper padding, and the armrests with 2 clicks up in elevation, otherwise the measurements are perfect for my build and I really like the materials and design.

Very satisfied with the chair, the quality for the price is outstanding. The assembly was unrealistically short but worked well. However, how the chair will hold up in the long term I cannot say today. I expect at least 5, preferably 10 years of use from my furniture. Hopefully, I will get that too :)

I am very satisfied with the purchase of the gaming chair. Even during the order processing stage, the company demonstrated great professionalism and flexibility. At my request, the shipment was carried out later because I had planned a vacation during that period. Thanks to this, I could calmly wait for the courier and receive the package without any issues. The chair itself turned out to be very easy to assemble - the instructions were clear, and the assembly went quickly and without any problems. Once assembled, the chair is comfortable and solidly made. I particularly appreciate the adjustable support, which allows you to perfectly tailor the chair to your needs and significantly enhances comfort during longer periods of sitting at the desk.

I am delighted with the chair. I chose the color "beige" after reading a review that it is more greenish, lime, and it truly is. The color is beautiful! Everything is very precisely made, solidly built, the material is very pleasant. There are no flaws, no imperfections. Assembly is great, you don’t need your own tools, everything is in the set, and assembly itself is simple and takes a few minutes. Above all, it is the first chair that finally has the armrest fastening from underneath, so they don't wobble to the sides. Usually, most have fastening to the sides of the chair and then screws move, here it’s not possible. I highly recommend it. It is comfortable, I am 164 cm and it is ideal.

I ordered the X-Player chair in the King Size version. Initially, when reading the reviews, I was concerned it would be too large for me, but both in the shoulders and hips, it seems to fit almost "like a glove". A smaller version would definitely have been too tight. But I also have, as one might put it charmingly - King Size dimensions. It's a fact that the chair started to squeak very quickly, but it isn't (at least in my case) a problem of material fatigue, rather the angle adjustment mechanism of the backrest. For anyone experiencing a similar issue, I recommend removing the plastic cover (the one by the handle) and tightening the Allen screws to the chair (they loosened for me) and lubricating the spring along with all moving parts. No special lubricants are needed, just petroleum jelly or silicone oil. Not butter. Butter goes on bread. For me, this treatment helped, and the chair no longer squeaks. I give a rating of 4/5 because for a chair with a five-figure price tag, such interventions should not be necessary to ensure comfort. Additional comments include that the lumbar pillow could be a bit firmer, and the head pillow - softer. Overall, I recommend it if you're a heavy-set person like me (>130kg), it's definitely the chair for you.

I am very satisfied with the chair. The craftsmanship gives a high-quality and stable impression, and I really like the seating comfort as well. Everything meets my expectations and I have nothing to complain about so far. I would buy again anytime and can definitely recommend Diablo Chairs.

I ordered the chair and it arrived 4 days later. The delivery and assembly were great. I got the King-Size chair since I’m 2.10 meters (6'11") tall. I just wonder why you would sell an extra-large chair with such a short gas lift cylinder, so my legs can't even be at a 90-degree angle and I'm sitting so low that getting up is difficult??? If you're ordering the King-Size and are a similar height, make sure to order a higher gas lift cylinder on Amazon at the same time... The chair would be so good if I didn't have to fix it myself; I think it's sad that no one gave this any thought.

Chair purchased for student. The pink color differs from the color in the photo. Pink is speckled with black dots and appears as a dirty rose in person. Otherwise very comfortable. Easy assembly even for a teenager. Ideal for a school desk. Very well-profiled seat. Recommend the purchase.

The chair is great, the concerns are about the delivery because at no point during the ordering process was it mentioned that the courier would not bring the package to the fourth floor or that it would require an additional charge or an alternative delivery method. As a company selling such products, they should be fully aware of the weight of the shipped product and the potential issues related to it. For me, it is disqualifying that the courier calls me and says that they will not deliver the package because it is too heavy, and I have to sacrifice my time that is not intended for this to pick it up from a collection point and bring it up myself, and the costs are absolutely not an issue here because I would be willing to pay for the service of bringing up a heavy package but that option was not available. Based on the above, I do not recommend purchasing in this way from this store.

I have been using your chairs for a long time, I had them in leather but in summer you felt like you were sticking to something :) and now I bought fabric ones (grey-rainbow) and I already know I wouldn't trade them for any others. I recommend these chairs to everyone.

Very good chair I had a really hard time finding a chair to buy - most chairs I liked had reviews like "if you are over 180cm tall, don't buy this". My wife is 180 and I'm 183 and diablo suits perfectly, even taller people like around 190 could be fine with these chairs. And of course its super comfy etc. etc., everything you would expect, I just wanted to mention height because like I mentioned, I had problems finding a chair tall enough for me - and I do not even consider myself a high person

The online sales and after-sales service is very efficient, the images and colors of the chairs are very realistic, and the products are good. I am very satisfied and recommend it. Assembly requires a bit of patience, but once you've assembled the first chair, it's simple to replicate and replace parts.

This is already our second Diablo chair at home. We didn't hesitate for a moment when our second son said he also wanted one from the same brand. The gold chair indeed has a slightly 'wilted' shade, but we knew about it and we like it and it fits well. Everything, every part, is solid, strong, of good quality. The overall impression is excellent, the material is very pleasant. I'm not a fan of gaming chairs in general, but if someone likes them, in my opinion, there's no better choice.
