Review summary
Customers consistently highlight the comfort of the chairs, noting excellent support for long sitting sessions. The high build quality, premium materials, and durability are frequently praised, as are the modern design and wide range of color options. Most users appreciate the easy assembly process, fast delivery, and responsive, professional customer service. The wide range of adjustments for armrests, backrests, and cushions is also well-received, and many find the chairs suitable for different body sizes. Some customers report minor discomfort with specific pillows or fabrics, and a few express concerns about certain parts or the chair's long-term longevity. There are occasional complaints regarding unclear assembly instructions or challenging screw placements. A small number of users wish for even more adjustment flexibility or improved mechanisms. Delivery issues, such as problems with couriers or lack of service to upper floors, are mentioned by a few, and some customers note discrepancies between advertised photos and the actual appearance. Fit may not be ideal for very tall, short, or heavy users.

Super comfortable, the material is strong and pleasant to the touch, the wheels are of very good quality, the frame itself is sturdy and does not creak, the armrests are comfortable and easy to adjust to the desk.
What can be improved? I only have objections about the headrest - great idea with the magnet but no possibility to adjust the height (the magnet only catches in one place), but it's just a minor detail because it's large. I already have a second one at home, so it's clear that it is very good.

Hello, the chair is really massive and extra well built, young man satisfied but unfortunately after 3 days while moving it a plastic part with a broken tooth for moving forward and backward fell out, but I am not making a complaint because dismantling the chair for a complaint would be too much work. Overall, I recommend it with a small but. Kind regards, Piotr Strzałkowski

Great!
It's great that there is an option to add embroidery to the cushion. Moreover, I've had the X-Ray chair for 5 years and it's still like new, only the cushion has started to peel, but that's to be expected. So I rate the quality of the goods sold as high and I would definitely buy the chair here again.

The chair I was looking for! :)
Reliable, solid company and solid chair. I searched for a long time for something suitable - well made, comfortable for work (I am 158 cm tall K) with a separate footrest, elegantly sits in office work. The chair is a pale, dirty pink, but that's an advantage in my opinion. It doesn't stand out so much color-wise from the rest of the furniture in the house :) class

5
Our Diablo Horn of eco-leather lasted 5.5 years, my son was very satisfied with it, unfortunately due to age it fell apart and we have the successor Diablo One Gorest Green covered with fabric Ala velour - friendly and the rest is already as befits this class, reliable 😊 Son as usual very happy

I am extremely satisfied
The chair was delivered really quickly, in less than a week (considering we ordered to the Czech Republic). It arrived disassembled, but with a clear step-by-step manual, so it was not difficult at all for a teenager to assemble it. 😊
After unpacking, our home smelled like a new car showroom. 😄
As for the quality, I am extremely satisfied – for me 100%! ⭐️

Great company 11/10!
Great order service, delivered very quickly. 11/10 quality of the chair itself, I searched for a long time for a chair for big people (196cm 150kg) - the chair is super comfortable, VERY SOLID (here I recommend buyers to use a 1/4" ratchet for assembly, much faster and less tiring than using the hex key from the set)
Nothing creaks, the screws and parts are really solidly made.
Overall, I know that when I have to change this chair, it will be diablo again! Recommended 💪

I wholeheartedly recommend, I bought a chair...
I wholeheartedly recommend, I bought a gaming chair and it is fantastic, excellent quality. Very solid, material easy to clean. Perfectly made. I also bought a desk, also great, solid, excellent presentation, comfortable and very well made. I will definitely buy something again soon, because it is really worth it.

The chair is really great, with King Size we found exactly the right gaming partner and would recommend it to all gamers over 185 cm. The delivery was also very fast and uncomplicated, everything arrived intact and could be assembled immediately. Everything perfect in my eyes and if the chair lives up to its promises, I am more than HAPPY ❗️

The chair is really amazing, table quite good
The chair is really amazing, you sit perfectly when working, gaming or just for relaxed sitting, AMAZING, when looking at the desk, well, it is quite good but instead of clamping the cables on the back a cable channel would have been better, and the work surface in the middle doesn’t fit so perfectly, tried several times and had to fix it myself with clamps, screws, and a joint, but all in all, TOP!

Overall, the material used in the chair is excellent, you don't actually overheat when sitting, the chair adjustment is also very comfortable, plenty of space, very comfortable, by the way, you can even fall asleep on it while watching something, in my opinion worth purchasing

Fast delivery, excellent communication with the complaints department, complete replacement of all parts, subsequent communication and care.
The chair is very comfortable, ergonomically suitable, silicone wheels are very quiet to almost inaudible, great design with attention to detail (especially the leather parts)
Truly a premium chair :)

The PC holder is unsuitable for the construction of a 120 cm desk. If you propose to sell it, drill holes in the tabletop, because mounting this device in the middle of the tabletop between the legs is pointless. Has anyone checked this at all?

Delivery and everything around it super.
But my 500€ chair doesn't feel like a 500€ chair, but it's also my first somewhat more expensive chair.
At a closer look, it doesn't seem like the 500€ quality I was hoping for, you can see uneven processing of the wood in some areas, the headrest is theoretically adjustable, but in a very unpleasant way, namely you have to push it with force up into a slot on the chair to even attach it. And then you have to force it up or down again, as there is a part on the headrest that goes down, which is like a key in a zigzag pattern made of solid wood. In the slot itself, there is a fixed piece of plastic that should go into the notches of the headrest, but as said, it only works with force, there is no button or lever to let the piece of plastic slide in or so.
Regarding the levers, the three levers on the chair feel a bit strange to adjust.
And finally, the mesh material is quite uncomfortable on bare skin, which is especially unpleasant in summer.

The product was delivered in a reasonable time and matches the description, being of quality.
Later, I encountered issues logging into the account and using the discount obtained for a new order. Weeks have passed and the problem has not been resolved. I will create another account but lost the discount. So the support leaves much to be desired.

Reliable store, good chairs...
Diablo X-Horn 2.0 ... interesting chair, but to the point:
Positives:
* worth it at promotional price
* good material
* additional features like adjustable armrests or reclining support
* personalized head pillow
* extra back pillow
Negatives:
* size M and seems a bit deep seat
* armrests could move further or be longer
* the backrest should push a bit forward for better support, this is missing.
Summary:
At work, I sat on a more comfortable leather office chair, but without such features that this chair has.
Overall, I recommend it, it can be adjusted to fit yourself and that is the most important.
The company is great, everything arrived quickly.

Little Devil
Hello, I enjoy smirking at the witty correspondence. The package arrived quickly, and although I didn't find the instructions right away, assembly went wonderfully even without them. My husband was pleased with the gift and now it's even harder to get him away from the computer. Claudia

Chair
Very comfortable chair, the piston handles up to 120 kg weight, armrests are great, nice up-down adjustment. Noteworthy is the solid frame and mounting of the chair to the piston. Wheels are very quiet and seem solid, although they move over the carpet.
