Finding products on the website was not easy. For the premium cost you are paying, it should be. Since making my purchases, I’ve received no communication about shipping the items and their status, so I’m disappointed overall.

Dear customer, You placed your order on October, 27th. Unfortunately, due to a public holiday and the closure of our office, we were unable to process it personally until November 1st. Due to the necessary preparation of customs documents for shipping, we were only able to send you the final shipping and tracking data on November 6th.
