Waiting to receive the parcel but £108 is due apparently for import tax. No mention of this when ordered. So I will not be accepting the parcel and requesting a refund through PayPal.

Took store some time to get the goods dispatched (not the same day as they say on website). By the time the courier had the goods and were able to deliver I had gone on holiday. Now that I have actually received the goods and tried it out all is in order. Other reviews complain about having to pay further on receipt but you are buying from another country so yes duty is payable. Will consider further purchases in the future but do hope they get the dispatch sorted.

Amazing store and fantastic prices. I managed even to get a black friday discount with my purchase. However, one bottle of Angelwax Clarity wasn't properly tightened or untightened during transport (not sure whose fault it is) and it's contents spilled. There goes my black friday discount. Luckily, other bottles remained intact.

What seems like a decent price turned out not to be. There was no mention, that I could see of a import tax payable to Ups which if I had known, I wouldn't have purchased the item.

Huge product choice and amazing service

Loved level of support received while purchasing. Huge product range and good prices. Shipping was lengthy, but acceptable for such hazardous products. Product could have been packages better, as one bottle leaked, few caps were damaged and some spray nozzles missing. Did not try to use branded paints yet

The packaging was terrible Arrived all split open One of the tins of filler was split open and other tins were badly dented fortunately the paint and thinners were not leaking. The box was far too big and fragile allowing the contents to slide around. not enough packing . I don't blame U.P.S.

Easy and fast ordering experience. There was no indication as to when parts would be ready to ship out. Site indicated they are in stock but actually order was dispatched several days later. Packing of the goods was poor and some were damaged during transit.

1. What i ordered turned up, unlike when i ordered the same thing from Amazon. (bloody Chinese companies) 2. Extremely fast delivery 3. Also cheaper than amazon.
