Stock Availability in Categories

As I mentioned before, it would be crucial for us to have the option to select only the products that are in stock, so that when we browse through all your categories we don’t have to waste time going through dozens of pages with all products mixed together, whether they are in stock or not. It becomes inefficient when we want to place an order quickly and only want to see what is available. I know you have the option to filter by stock status, but only when searching by product or name. What I mean is having that possibility directly within your categories.

Hi there, More communication would help - or the ablity to see progress through the website. We are a wholesale customer and need to book cross border transport for which collection is only once per week. A week's delay makes quite a difference.

There seemed to be a lack of communication between team members. Instead of consolidating details into one email to finalise the order, we experienced unnecessary back and forth that could have been avoided. We appreciate that the way we placed the orders added extra work, but consolidating the information could have saved both your team and ours time.

Poor communication I understand this is a busy period and I was aware that orders might take longer. However, the lack of communication from the customer service team was disappointing. Clearer and quicker updates would have made the delay much easier to manage.
