Brilliant prices from Fishdeal. The products are exactly, or as near as you could get, to the overpriced branded ones. I bought the ultimate bank base lounger chair, which was the same as the branded one. Excellent value. I just wish the site would be honest in delivery times as 2 to 5 days is not true. I don’t mind waiting longer as long as I’m not expecting it sooner. This will definitely lose the company sales. I will use Fishdeal again for anything else I need to buy knowing I need to wait a few days longer

I recently purchased some sea fishing rigs from fishdeal.ie . They look very strong & are expertly put together. I loved the way you can choose the size & type of fishing hooks you can decide on adding to the rigs. Competitively priced also. Delivery was faster then I expected. I would 100% recommend fishdeal.ie for any of your sea fishing needs.

Order surely 1x every 2 or 3 months. Quality is good and sometimes cheaper than in the sport fishing store. Whether you pay with Ideal or otherwise. Top service... never had problems so far. Only the top brands, but certainly their own brand Ultimate is of excellent quality; I have a feeder and a reel from them that have lasted for years. A quality does not always mean better, but how you handle and maintain your equipment. I will surely remain a loyal customer of theirs... top-notch.

First order of a Shimano rod at a stratospherically low price. Delivered in a few days, left the warehouse 1 hour after placing the order. Rod arrived quickly, super well packed (besides the box, the rod wrapped in Bubble Wrap adhered to the box, impossible to damage. I am a new customer, being an ultra-compulsive buyer who loves beautiful things, huge Amazon customer, big Pacific client, I will visit the site more often to place orders and not just for the prices, the service and speed of dispatch and delivery are especially top-notch. Keep it up, change nothing about your way of working, and you will grow like any company that makes an effort. Please, don’t do as many of your small peers who are great until the day success arrives and then rest on their laurels doing anything and burying themselves out of ease, believing everything falls into place: "they all make mistakes," you must remain consistent, attentive to your clients' feedback (who pay your bills, charges, and salaries and thus are respected at 200%) remain true to yourself and continue on this highway that opens its doors to you. I placed several orders and with one of them something went wrong. In my opinion, this was mainly due to the courier and not Visdeal. I contacted Visdeal and employee Stephan handled it. Instead of waiting for it to be resolved, he responded very proactively by resending the order while the investigation was ongoing. Great compliment for this action, this gives a lot of trust!

The sportex rod was a great product and was shipped quickly , however the package was badly damaged and torn and was not packaged in a strong enough container and I had to open the package in front of the courier driver to make sure the was no damage to the rod , I was lucky it was not damaged, however fishdeal is an excellent company to purchase from , but needs to package more robust packaging I recommend fishdeal.

Hello everyone! I've placed many orders with this online store — for a total amount of more than €1,000 — and even though not everything was perfect (there were some delivery issues and a few items were out of stock), everything was resolved thanks to their very responsive team. It's a pity we can't reach them by phone — we're always told they're closed — but apart from that, everything is perfect. Thank you to the whole team; I highly recommend this store. Delivery within a few days. The box was damaged, which was reported to us in advance. As a result, a product fell out. It was immediately replaced. At first glance, everything was fine, but on first use, the handle of the mill broke off. An email was sent about this and it was neatly resolved. A new rod including a mill was delivered. Unfortunately, it took a little longer because the courier services are not as fast anymore :)

For €35, I bought a landing net that, in my opinion, is worth more than that. I have seen more expensive ones of worse quality, and the triangle where you insert the rods is plastic; this one is not, it's a wonderful landing net. Though, if I have to point out a downside, it's the handle; it's a fiber stick that, if forced a little, even with just the wet net, I think could break haha. But if you use it very carefully, you can catch good fish with it. It also comes with a float.

I ordered some sea fishing rigs from Fish deal. I heard about this site from a friend who recommended it. I received my order very quickly & the fishing rigs are professionally put together. The packaging was super & no damage done in transit to my address. I would thoroughly recommend Fishdeal.ie & i will be ordering again.

What I like about Visdeal is that everything is clear, even my grandma could choose a good rod for me, the deals are great and the delivery times top-notch. I've never had problems here. What could improve in my opinion are better, more critical filters, for example, sea bass rods or gear. You really need to search online and then paste it into the Visdeal search. Sometimes I set a filter and there are still wrong things. I don’t understand sites and can imagine that this is challenging.

So far no complaints, everything was well packaged, I hope it remains the same with future orders. The price-quality ratio is also excellent. I am very satisfied and will order from Sport is art here more often. I have (not) yet experienced returns for the simple reason that everything is perfectly fine.

I think you will like asking me for my opinion. You are fantastic. I had an urgent order and you helped me once again in an amazing way. Double fantastic that it went like that again. One thing is a suggestion. A box of 60 cm by 30 cm for two spools of braided wire and the other box of 60x30 for 5 feeder baskets and two leaders gives me a severe form of "agoraphobia". I think you are better off with this kind of mini orders and mailbox post, just keep the same shipping costs but prevent "agoraphobia". And no, you didn't ask for my opinion but I find you so grandiose that I couldn't help it. The more unnecessary costs you make, the less profit and I wish you the highest possible. Regards Sander

Stuff is good and affordable. The only issue isn’t with Visdeal, but with PostNL; they don’t deliver to our home. Made 4 online orders, and all 4 times they were taken directly to the pickup point. We live in an apartment, and there's always someone home. Footage shows he doesn’t even drive down the street. The pickup point is 5, sometimes 7 km from our house, which is a reason for me not to order online anymore.

Ordering easy, payment easy. Goods seem ok and as expected. 4 star for ordering 4.5 for equipment. Reason for 3 star overall was customer service and delivery. 1 star for customer service and delivery. No phone contact, email only. Response is random so don’t expect a quick reply. Information about delivery given but no dates. Remember they quote 3-5 working days. Delivery took 11 working days. Also shipment was split into 2. One arrived in 6 working days. No information about the split until I enquired. No apology about late delivery or reasons. Hence to say delivery of chair for birthday missed its intended date and fishing trip. Why advertise delivery if it’s not possible or going to happen and if there’s a delay customer service would inform customer before it’s been chased by them.

There is always room for improvement,\n\nAs is known, Visdeal ships orders placed before 23:00 on weekdays the next day (provided the postal company is on time). However, lately, it happens more often that the order is not shipped the same day. In the worst case, several days may pass before it is actually delivered.\n\nThis can be improved. By timely communication on the site that placing an order may take longer. Now, the communication happens after placing the order. In my case, the order was placed over the weekend, which is very annoying. The items do not arrive in time for use. If we had known this in advance, we would have acted differently...

Technically, the product is an easy-to-use device. You throw it in a bucket of water and download the app to connect. In terms of usage, it is a nice gadget. With a long, thick nylon cord so you can drag it behind your boat, SUP, or belly boat. What I miss is an improved and detailed explanation of the device. How does the device scan exactly, and should you cast directly under it or a bit behind the Garmin? But for measuring depths, scanning the area, and searching for slopes, it is a perfect device.

I wore the suit in pouring rain for 6 hours together with rubber boots. I was fishing and did not regret buying the suit for a minute. Very comfortable to wear, waterproof (I stayed completely dry underneath) except for the side interventions where you can reach the trousers, there I got wet, those could be omitted if better. And I think the price for this performance is quite good.

The prices and offers are always very good, I always like the variety of articles, there is something for everyone, I had to contact customer service and it worked wonderfully. What you could improve on is expanding the availability of customer service, maybe one day a week (phone availability) otherwise, overall very satisfied...
