Overall a good experience with fish deal. However, the site should not advertise products that they cannot supply. This happened to me after spending an hour on line searching for a particular product. I found it on fish deal, so I added other items to the order. But... They then informed me that the very product I wanted, they couldn't supply. This led to a lot of emails to and fro.
They are great to deal with but please don't make it available on your website unless you can actually supply it.

While I'm here, I live in an area with poor 5g reception and for some reason the website seems to go into a refresh loop, it doesn't happen in good signal areas... it just annoys da hell out of me but I'll live with it...
Also, you deliver to me via DPD courier service and I can't praise them enough, they text me giving me an exact 1 hour window and ALWAYS deliver on time...
I deal with another company (unrelated to fishing) and they use UPS... the worst courier company I have ever dealt with, I'd advise you never to employ their services...🙄
